The chalet has been finished with lots of plain wood which makes the interior very cosy. The spacious living room with open plan kitchen offers plenty of space, in addition to which you have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a lovely south-facing balcony with a view of Wagrain. Wagrain is situated 51 km. north-east of Kaprun. Hühneregg is the original name of this recently built, detached farmhouse which is located in a sunny spot at an altitude of 1273 m. The holiday home covers most of the 1st floor and has a well kept interior. The advantage of this house is that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Privacy guaranteed! Two of the three bedrooms have access to the spacious, south-facing, balcony from which you can enjoy a truly splendid view of Wagrain. The fully equipped kitchen-diner was renovated in 2007. The farmhouse which is at 200 metres from the house is a great area for children. Walking routes start in front of the house. The house is surrounded by a communal garden with garden furniture. Berlin

On an altitude of over 1100 metres on a sunny spot at the end of a dead end street lies this detached holiday house. The house is situated between Wagrain and Flachau. It is deliciously quietly situated and you will occupy it entirely by yourself, privacy guaranteed! The cosy, spacious living room, the greenhouse and the large open kitchen will all make you feel right at home. On one of the bedrooms are two bunk beds next to each other, which makes it into an ideal childrens room, but is also a fine bedroom for the adults. There is a large garden around the chalet with sufficient playing space for the children. We do advise you, according to the season, to bring snow chains and equip your car with winter tires.

The Maurer House is set in open countryside. It is around 5 km from the village of Wagrain. The landlady lives next to the holiday home on a 400 year old farm. She is happy to show you around the farm. You'll see cattle grazing in the meadow in summer. The holiday home is perfectly positioned for interesting day trips. You can visit Salzburg, the walled city of Radstad and more. The town of Altenmarkt is excellent for shopping. The Wagrain Swimming Centre is 5 km away. The holiday home is pleasantly furnished. Very nice 2-bedroomed appartment between Wagrain and Flachau. Barely 2km from Flachau and just a 400m walk over the cross country ski trail from Wagrain's Roter 8er gondola in the winter.
