This detached farmhouse is situated on the border of Salburgerland and the Tyrol directly on the mountain pass between Wald and Köningsleiten. This 400 year old farmhouse has been recently renovated and has four spacious bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Large balcony and terrace. From the parking garage you will reach your maisonette through a private entrance. The entity is spacious and decorated with a lot of wood at the inside as well as the outside, which gives it an genuine Austrian character. In the living room there even is a original wood stove and you have access to a nice balcony or terrace with garden furniture, with of course a fantastic view. Tambra

The Tambra apartment house is on the western edge of the village, in the centre of the sun. You will dispose of a comfortable 2-room apartment (appr. 34m2). You can reach the town centre by foot easily, and Wald im Pinzgau, a typical Austrian village, is between the Tiroler Zillertal and the Europa Sport Region Kaprun/Zell am See. Whether you want to snowboard or ski, youll find it in the Ski Arena Wildkogel, Zillertal Arena and Gerlosplatte in the area of Wald im Pinzgau. Three areas (1600 m-2300 m) certain of having snow are good for beginners and the more advanced. Ski tours, horse sleigh rides, curling, tobogganing and much more are all available. Or you can just relax with a good book. Wald im Pinzgau has something to offer for everyone. In the summer, you can visit the Hohe Tauern National Park or the Krimmler Water Falls, the highest water falls in Europe. Youll find countless walking paths, Alpine slopes and the Tauern bicycle path right in front of the house. Do you want to spend your holiday in the middle of the runs of the large ski resort of Zillertal Arena and dont worry if there is sufficient snow? Then this is your ideal holiday address. On an altitude of no less then 1600 metres in the small village Hoch-Krimml lies this, in 2007 newly built, house. It is of the semi detached type and the entity actually consists of two properties. On the ground floor you will find 1 separate home for 4 persons. Also you will have access to a separate maisonette on the 1st and 2nd floor. In the spacious living room on the 1st floor is enough space for everyone. Altogether ideal for those who like privacy because you actually book two in one! Besides this advantage, the house is also ideally situated regarding the ski area. Only 300 metres from the first chair lifts and the runs. You even have the possibility to ski up to the house. Because the house has been built in 2007, the interior is completely new and modern. In the village itself, approx. 0,3 km. are several restaurants, for more entertainment you can go to the famous Königsleiten (approx. 5 km.) which is easy to reach with the skies.
