The freestanding Rantsch country house is located in a fantastic spot in the mountains, at a healthy altitude of 1,124 metres. The ground floor of this authentically traditional house has an apartment of more than 91 m2 in size, which was completely renovated in 2011. You have your own entryway, so privacy is guaranteed! The design is luxurious, with good atmosphere and all the amenities. The modern bathroom, new open plan kitchen, very spacious living room and cosy wood-burning stove are just a few examples. The living room gives out onto the garden and the south-facing terrace, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Kitzbühel Alps. Keep in mind, especially in winter, that the last 3 km to the chalet are a paved but steep mountain road where tyre chains are mandatory.

The Getznerhof House is in a wonderfully sunny spot in the village of Windau. The village is around 3 km from Westendorf. The former farmhouse is detached and for your sole occupancy, so privacy is guaranteed. The house has a spacious, inviting interior. There is a large kitchen with a pantry and a separate living room with an original Austrian wood burning stove. The house has six bedrooms. There are two toilets but just one bathroom. A spacious garden and terrace surround the house. As there is no traffic in the area, children can play to their heart's content. The railway line which runs through Brixental is 100 metres from the house. When you want to enjoy skiing, Westendorf is a few minutes away by car.

Choralm

The Choralm House is at an altitude of 900 metres and around two kilometres from the town of Westendorf. The house is named after the new eight-person chair lift which is a stone's throw away. The lift will bring you quickly and comfortably to the largest ski-area in Austria. When there is enough snow, you can ski almost back to the doorstep. The house was built in 2009. There is a very modern holiday home on the ground floor. The holiday home has its own private entrance so privacy is guaranteed. Everything in the house is new and modern. This is reflected in the furnishing. There are even automatic sun awnings. The attractive garden in front of the house has a charming south-facing terrace which enjoys breathtaking views.

Brix

Landhaus Brix is situated on a wonderful peaceful site on the edge of the centre of Westendorf. This is a fantastic sunny spot within walking distance of the gondola (Alpenrosenbahn) which will take you to the largest ski area in Austria. The holiday residence is a combination of two apartments on the 2nd floor which you will have all to yourself, privacy guaranteed. You have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two small kitchen/living rooms, for a max. of 4 persons. You also have a large communal living room at your disposal in the basement. There is also a sauna with showers, relaxation room and massage room. There is a large garden surrounding the house where you can enjoy the surrounding forest and nature. The children will also find this place a real joy.
