This lovely holiday house is located only 2 km outside of Rieding on a sunny south facing slope with a gigantic beautiful view. The house is carefully and completely furnished. From the terrace you have a view of the entire valley. Details: There is a large garden (approx. 1.300 m). Despite the 6 beds, the apartment is only suitable for a maximum of 5 people.

Birkenheim

This very well maintained and spacious holiday house is very quiet, sits a little away from the road and is located on a sunny south slope with a gigantic beautiful view. The house has a unique wall stove with stones: very special and pleasant. For people who want something really different. You can view the entire valley from the balcony, where it is fabulous to sit outside. Details: There is a large enclosed garden of 1300 m and a built in barbeque. There is also a ironing board and iron.

Panorama

Located at 1400m, just 1 km from the Koralpe ski area. With a double bed and bunk in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room, you can choose where the family sleep. The kitchen and living room are decked in solid pine, and the living room opens out to a private patio which takles the sun in the mornings. A kids play area is accross the carpark. From the house and the communal patio there are fantastic 100+km(!) views over the Lavanttal to the Julian Alps. 200m in winter from the ski bus stop, and the start of some quiet but very rewarding walking trails in summer. The southern Austrian lake district is also only 45 minutes away.

Waldenstein

A picture-postcard chalet located at the end of a steep but short road near the Carithia-Styria border. Situated on a well sheltered wooded hillside, there is plenty of room around the house to barbecue and relax. The recently renovated interior of this cosy chalet comfortably sleeps 6 people in 3 pine-finished bedrooms . The living room has a balcony and large closed fireplace, which gives off enough heat for the whole house. In winter you are within 20 minutes of 4 ski areas (Klippitz, Hebalm, Koralpe and Weinebene) and in Summer, excursions to Graz, Wolfsberg, the southern Austrian lakes, the nearby Pack Dam and the easy hiking on the Saualp are popular.

Klippitz

One of 10 wooden chalets in an idyllic car-free setting on the hillside at the Klippitz pass. 6 bedrooms sleep up to 14 with space to spare, and the facilities are of a high standard, with a sauna and an open fire for extra comfort. Children are particularly well catered-for, with a FREE weekly activity programme including butter making and climbing. There is a play area in the garden, and the extremely popular summer tobogan track is a short walk downhill by the car park. Walkers have any number of possibilities, and the mountainside is littered with restaurants, should the climbing become too much effort! Owing to the short uphill access to the chalet by foot, guests should be physically fit.

This luxury, detached villa is 1600 metres above sea level. It is close to the Alpine town of Klippitztörl. The town is part of the municipality of Bad St. Leonard. It is in the famous Lavant Valley, one of the most attractive valleys in southern Austria. The house is off the beaten track and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The holiday home is a spacious 150 m2. It was built in 2008 and is simply luxurious. There is a jacuzzi, an infra-red sauna and a steam/shower cabin. The spacious living room has a gas stove. This room opens onto the large 30 m2 terrace with its panoramic views. The attractive, historic town of Bad St. Leonard has thermal baths, pleasant little restaurants, shops and cultural places of interest. Both Bad St. Leonard and the regional capital of Wolfsberg are around 15 minutes away by car. Because the area around the chalet is still under construction, there may be some building nuisance over the summer.

Klippitzturm

A personally designed pine chalet on the piste at Klippitz in eastern Carinthia. It has almost every imaginable comfort, from an infra-red sauna, to a jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen, a DVD surround sound satellite flatscrene TV system and a fireplace. The first-floor wooden sun terrace covers 3 sides of the house and the 4 bedrooms sleep 10 in complete commfort. Everyone will want the suite on the third floor, which has yet another sun terrace and a private bathroom.At the snow sure altitude of 1600m for winter, and in the heart of quiet mountain landscape in the summer.
