Vienna Ottakring

Good quality apartment in a quiet part of Vienna, but with excellent transport links to the centre and Schönbrunn. There are 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 - one with an extra double sofa bed, and one which adjoins the main bedroom. The house is furnished to a high standard, and has internet access. There are 2 showers and the toilet is separate. Just a few minutes walk to the shops and the underground station ("Ottakring"). There is no allocated parking, but finding a space on the road near the apartment is not a problem.

Monika

This attractive apartment is 200 metres from the church in the village of Dölsach. The village is 9 km from Lienz, the capital of East Tyrol. The apartment has two bedrooms. There is a balcony on the first floor which enjoys superb views of the Dolomites. The extra bed in the larger bedroom is suitable for a child. The apartment is an ideal base for excursions to the Grossglockner, Austria's highest mountain. You can also visit the 'three mountain tops' which is one of the best viewing points in the Alps. The Carinthian Lakes, the beautiful glaciers and the traditional farming villages of the Hohe Tauern National park are all well worth a visit. Lienz is close to Italy and Italian influences are noticeable. You can enjoy numerous gelaterias and designer boutiques which are also frequented by Italians. Please note. The apartment is suitable for five adults. The maximum allowed is four adults and one child.

Hohe Schule

A nice holiday apartment (85m2), situated in the Niederösterreich region, in this historic school building. This historic premise dates from the 16th century, and is built together with the closely situated church and the castle. The hall of the house, with arched ceiling, stands under Monument care. The house has a spacious and characteristic garden and front yard. The house is within approx. 15km from the famous convent Melk, the Wachau/Donau with vineyards, strongholds, convents and even very good cycling possibilities. Then there is the beautiful culture city Wenen (famous for its beautiful Schloss Schönbrunn, the Hofburg, the Spanish driving school...) easily reachable by car and train (60km). There are even day trips to the front Alps, where you can make beautiful mountain hikes. In short, a region which has much to offer!

The Austro-Hungarian Emperor Frans Joseph I had his summer residence there. The city's magnificent parks and buildings are reminders of this bygone age. The 'Musikerschlossl' is a detached villa and was built in 1840. It has been completely restored and has its original fine furniture. The villa is in a spa park. You will enjoy sole occupancy of this very large villa. It is suitable for a maximum of four adults and is only rented to people of eighteen years and older. The interior is authentic and consists of many wonderful antiques. There is even a concert piano in the highly atmospheric living room. The kitchen has all modern equipment. There are two bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor and entirely in the grand style of the villa. There is a covered terrace and a car port. The garden is 1700 m2 and is a delight to behold.
