The small village of Lungötz is located near St. Martin Am Tennengebirge and Annaberg. This lovely house has a beautiful view over the village and is built on a small hill. You have the entire first floor all to yourself, so plenty of privacy. A large living room with direct access to the large balcony is charming and sociable. In addition, you have a separate kitchen with dining nook with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Next to the house is a carport with space for one car. Lungötz is in a quiet location and easily accessible. In the winter you can be in the ski areas of Dachstein West in just a few minutes. Of course, you can walk and make excursions in the beautiful surroundings at any time of year. Highly recommended for those looking for a wonderful accommodation with a great price/quality ratio.

The Dolinar House is in a quiet location in the town of Eben im Pongau. There is free Internet. The house is within walking distance of the town centre. It was renovated in 2008. There are two comfortable holiday homes. One is on the first floor and the other on the ground floor.
