Vordersattlegghof

Are you looking for a destination to remind you of times gone by? Then this 350 year old farm house is exactly what you are looking for. Vordersattlegghof is entirely built of wood, with spacious rooms that can be heated by electricity or wood. The friendly female accommodation owner will help u heating the two solid fuel stoves. Children have lots of freedom because the farm stands at the end of a no-through road at a height of 830 m. All in all a destination where both children and adults can enjoy the sunny location and the peace and quiet of Vordersattlegghof. Specifics: Children as well as adults can visit the farm where you will find cows, horses, sheep, goats and many other animals.

Ferienwohnung Heimatsberg

Enjoy a holiday 'on the farm' in this fully renovated apartment (ca. 110 m) located on the 2nd floor. The holiday home is located high up in the mountains near Hüttau (3,5 km up the mountain). In winter snowchains are necessary nearly everyday. From the apartment it is only approx. 15 minutes by car to Flachau with the ski area "Sportwelt Amadè". The ski area has 870 km great pistes and modern ski lifts. There are annual ski competitions in the nearby villages of Altenmarkt, Flachau and Zauchensee. These villages are only a few minutes by car away. Langlauf enthusiasts can enjoy their sport on the 50 km long "Tauernloipen" nearby. The pleasant climate and the woody surroundings make Hüttau an ideal holiday destination. The village is centrally located too, which allows you to quickly reach the following attractions: "Eisriesenwelt", Salzkammergut, the Liechtensteinklamm, the spa valley Gasteinertal, the glacier in Kaprun, the Großglockner or Salzburg (Mozart's city). Or play a few rounds on the golf course in Radstadt! In short, enough to do for a great holiday!

Katharina

Country house 'Katharine' enjoys a lovely, sunny location above the village of Hüttau. You are the sole occupier of this large, detached house, so privacy is guaranteed! The furnishing is very atmospheric. For instance, a lot of wood and country furniture was used. The holiday home covers three floors and has no less than seven separate bedrooms. In addition, there is a large roofed terrace facing South with a breathtaking view over the area. This terrace should be considered a second living room, for it even has a fire place. Surrounding the house, there is a gigantic garden/field of no less than 1000 m2. Thanks to its location in the heart of Sportwelt Amade, you can choose from many skiing areas, such as Altenmarkt, Zauchensee, Flachau or Wagrain. All in all, an ideal holiday home for a succesful winter sports holiday.

This neat, well maintained holiday home is just above the charming village of Hüttau. The home is suitable for a maximum of seven people. There are three bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen area. You can enjoy a breath-taking view of the surrounding mountains and village from the wonderful balcony. Farm Oberau lies in the village of Niedernfritz, 3 km. from Huttau. The property lies at an altitude of 900 m.and is beautifully situated with open views. The farm offers, next to the owner's child friendly farm and a small wooden chalet, two simple but good standard bungalows in duplex style. Private entrance and private terrace / sunbathing area (grass) with garden furniture and barbeque.

Hexenhaus

For those who would like to get away from the stress and want to spend an holiday in a quiet and sunny environment, court Oberau is an ideal choice. Oberau lies at an altitude of 900 m. in a beautiful area with a view at the Hochkönig. Niedernfritz is a village section of the 3 km. further situated Hüttau. The court offers, besides the child friendly farm house ( you can help there if you want ) of the owner, a great characteristic wooden chalet from 1749! This wooden authentic chalet is restored on the inside and offers accommodation to 4 persons. You have access to a terrace/ laying meadow with garden furniture and a barbeque. But also next to the house is a covered terrace with cosy wooden furniture where it is a nice stay. Lovely walks can be made directly from the bungalow and the children will amuse themselves nicely in the childrens playground with amongst others a trampoline and a table tennis table is available.

Gruber

With a surface area of well over 200 m2, this spacious holiday house is in a sunny location on the Bairauberg in Hüttau. Ferienhaus Gruber is on the edge of some beautiful natural scenery, where you can enjoy a nice, relaxing holiday. This is also the main point from which to get to the best prepared ski slopes. The area of Hüttau offers everyone the opportunity to get up to whatever he or she would like. Just a few minutes away (10-15 min.) by car is one of the nice little towns surrounding the area. There is also much to see in towns such as Altenmarkt, Flachau and Zauchensee. The region can offer those interested in winter sports a great ski area, namely the famed Salzburger Sportwelt (part of the Ski Amadé ski area). You can be on the slopes within just a few minutes (10-15 min.) from your house. There are 870 km of prepared slopes, with a skiing level to be found which is appropriate for everyone. This ski area is also suitable for children. In addition to skiing, you can also have a great time cross-country skiing (with, among other things, a 50-km-long route) and, of course, take nice winter walks. The largest toboggan run in Europe can also be found here. In the summer, a visit to the Wildpark Ferleiten is certainly worth your while. This is a particularly nice excursion for children, and there are more than 200 different animals to be seen here. The athletes will have more than enough to occupy their time, from challenging mountain bike routes to a toboggan run. In addition, the large water park offers endless possibilities with its slides, saunas and nice patios. You can also go fishing in a nearby lake, and the fish you catch can then be prepared in the holiday house. Or make an unforgettable trip to the Gloßglockner Hochalpenstraße. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere to be found here. A stay in this holiday house and you an ideal combination for an unforgettable holiday.

Ingrid

Apartment complex Ingrid is located within walking distance from the quiet but charming village of St. Martin am Tennengebirge. The apartment, with its own entrance, is located on the ground floor, partially under the house of the owner who has turned his own garden into a true children?s paradise. He has goats and rabbits for the children to pet and lead and there is a treehouse, wigwam and a bridge where the children can play. For the adults he has built a terrace where you can have a lovely barbeque and a chat. On the other side of the house there is a large garden with a swimming pool. If you need more, you can seek peace in the sauna and fitness room in the basement. In the summer you are only a few minutes? drive of many sights and great activities, such as the alpine slide in nearby Abtenau and the swimming complexes in Golling and Wagrain. In the winter, the Dachstein ski area, and naturally the village?s own ski area are ideal for the beginner and advanced skier. Sledding, sleighrides, Nordic skiing or lovely walks are also on offer in St. Martin am Tennengebirge for the non-skier.

Frahndl

St. Martin am Tennengebirge is situated 62 km. south-east of Salzburg. This modern house is peacefully located, at the end of a small cul-de-sac, 1 km. outside the town centre of St. Martin am Tennengebirge. On the ground floor you find a well kept and completely decorated property with a private entrance. You can access the property from the garden via a descending staircase. The atmospheric accommodation is fitted with all modern conveniences. Partially enclosed garden, terrace with garden furniture and communal sunbathing area (grass).

Anna

This house is located in a quiet spot in the small village of St. Martin. There is a very well appointed and furnished holiday residence on the 1st floor. Only 300 metres from the house there is a large leisure centre with a pool, etc. From the house you can walk right into the mountains. Details: the bedroom, with a double and a single bed, is located on the same floor but just outside of the residence.

You can also use the play grounds in the village, play beach volleyball and enjoy walking and mountain biking. The holiday home is on the first floor and is very comfortable. It is well equipped. It has two bedrooms, a separate toilet and a spacious living room. You are welcome to visit the farm next door, see the animals and enjoy the trampoline and table tennis in the garden.

Dachstein

St. Martin am Tennengebirge is one of the most beautiful villages in the Lammertal Dachstein West region. The village is at an altitude of 1,000 metres. There is a football field and tennis court in the immediate vicinity of the house.

At the edge of the famous and happy village of St. Martin am Tennengebirge (1000 m), you will find your spacious and well maintained holiday home. On the first floor you have a living/bedroom with open kitchen and balcony, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. In the garden of the house there is playground equipment and garden furniture for you to use. The village has expansive summer and winter leisure options.
