Luan

Beautiful gite located in the heart of the Ardennes, between the triangle of the tourist cities of Bastogne, Houffalize and St. Hubert. The garden is crossed by a small river and the forest begins beyond that, and you have a view of the fields and meadows. The garden is not completely fenced in so that animals can come to drink from the river in the morning. You can undertake wonderful walks here, or cycle in the expansive forests, fields and meadows. After a long walk you can relax wonderfully in the gite and make use of the infrared cabin to combat muscle pain.

Inside you can warm up by the wood stoves, the wood is provided by the homeowners. The charming cottage, on a renovated Ardennes farm, is equipped with all comforts. You can take wonderful excursions, such as to the historic centre of Bastogne or the commercial centre of Marche-en-Famenne. You can also play a round of farmer's golf at the owner's place on their agrogolf course. Experienced riders can also go horseback riding in the surrounding forests (stalls for rent at the house). A coach trip is also possible, based on the owner's availability. The many mapped routes will take walkers past many of the most beautiful spots in the Ardennes.

Peaceful situated, between Bastogne and the valley of the Ourthe, not to far from Gt Hertogdom from Luxemburg. Very pleasant chalet with a wonderful family atmosphere.
