Beautiful, recently renovated holiday-house in Ouren in the Ourdal, on which you will have a splendid view from the house. Just down from the cottage, along the Our-river, there is a nice spot for pick-nicks and water-fun. Ouren is situated in the german-speaking part of Belgium, the so-called East-Cantons on the crossroads between Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. This intersection is a monument reminiscent of the creation of the European Union. In the area, you can enjoy nature during many bycicle or walking tours. The long hiking trail, all the way from Dutch Roosendaal to the Mediterranean passes through Ouren. Other possible excursions: the unique situation and castle of Vianden, Echternach, Clervaux, lthe city of Luxemburg, Burg Reuland, the lake of Bütgenbach, Prüm, etc. Shopping is good in Weiswampach (Lux), about 7km from the house.

Le Val de L`Our

Burg Reuland is a village in an ideal location 10 km from Luxembourg and Germany. This former hotel is in an exceptional country environment. A magical spot where natures peace and tranquillity takes your breath away. Tastefully and comfortably arranged (13 spacious bedrooms with en-suite facilities, hair-drier, TV and/or a small lounge and terrace or private balcony), you will enjoy the magnificent huge garden to the rear of the building. A river runs through this large garden and you will be able to fish from the little bridge or take advantage of the Ravel, a network of paths reserved for slow, ie. non-motorised, traffic: pedestrians, cyclists, the disabled, ... There is a fitness area on site with a sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi and solarium, along with a tennis court, outdoor covered swimming pool, snooker table, table tennis and table football. Bikes (8) can also be hired on site. If you dont fancy cooking, or dont have the time, the owner offers her services. You just have to contact her and work out a menu. Your breakfast can also be prepared for you if you ask in advance. A perfect spot you wont forget! Particular features: A must from the point of view of comfort are the bedrooms divided over 3 separate buildings to the rear of the hotel on the garden side. There is also a suite comprising two bedrooms, a lounge and bathroom. Among the bedrooms on the garden side, 2 can be communicating.

Jacobs

This nice detached holiday home (130 m CV) with a panorama view from the terrace (20 m) is located in a quiet Ardennes village near the three nation corner of Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. A wonderful base for walking or cycling trips in the Ardennes. The surrounding area is the transition between the Ardennes and the snowy Eifel and is perfect for wonderful nature walks and mountain biking. Butcher, baker, chip shop, ice cream shop and various restaurants are located in the area. The residence is located on the edge of the rustic main village of Burg Reuland, with its imposing fortress ruins.

Am Bauernhof

This simple holiday home is well maintained and in a wonderful spot for people looking for peace and quiet in the great outdoors. With the owners permission, you can take a tour of the farm, which is still a working farm. Burg Reuland is a true walking paradise, thanks to the many signposted paths. Or take a trip back to the middle ages and explore the old castle fort in Burg Reuland. If its action you crave, the covered East Belgium Action and Fun Centre is certainly worth a visit, toward Sankt Vith. There is a childrens play area, bowling and carting as well as laser games. This holiday home is near the border with Luxembourg and Germany, where many tourist attractions can be found.

Charming apartment on a farm. From the living room, you look right out over the meadows. At the back of the apartment you have a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy the nature, the birdsong or just the peace and quiet. You can take beautiful walks from the apartment. There are a great many walking routes in this area. The region is perfect for winter sports. You can Nordic ski, Alpine ski or just take a lovely walk in the snow. The towns of Spa, Verviers, Eupen, Stavelot, Malmedy and many others are certainly worth the trouble of a visit. The region has many activities on offer.

La Maison de la Frontière

This house, a former customs post, was transformed into a charming holiday home. Surrounded by a charming garden and with two terraces (one next to the house and one on the roof), this is a great spot to get a bit of peace and quiet. You are also just near the German border and there is much to experience. Get on your bike. Request bikes from the homeowner (models for men and ladies and all ages available). There are lovely walks in the Our valley. You can Nordic ski in the winter only 10 km away. Visit the ruins of the castle Burg-Reuland.
