Fort Goemaere

This cottage is located on the edge of Diksmuide, near the cities Ypres, Ostend and Nieuwpoort. You will enjoy the use of a sunbed and fitness equipment in the cottage. There are a swing, a slide and garden furniture in the garden. A house with ample opportunities! Would you like to make a trip and explore the region? That's possible! The region offers opportunities for young and old: medieval villages, the beach of Nieuwpoort (20 km), the coastal city Ostend (approx. 25 km) and of course Ypres where every night at 8pm the Last Post is held, is an unforgettable experience. But in Diksmuide too there is enough to visit! In short: enough to do for a great holiday!

Bohemer

The Bohemer is located on the Ijzer on the height of the Knokke Bridge where the Fort of Knocke use to stand and you will find the "De Isera" (BE-8650-01). Within approx. 2,5km from the home base. It is a very romantic boat of 11m and furnished cosy. You can sail to other places with the sun boat of the Bohemer(payment), in fact you can you can live a life of a wanderer and irregular on the water. Furthermore, there is no sanitary available but you can use the sun shower (water is heated by the sun) on the Isera. If you wish, you can (at a cost) even enjoy a boatmans breakfast. Absolutely no average holiday accommodation!

De Noorboom

This spacious Flemish farmhouse is in an attractive, varied landscape. It is perfect for family weekends or reunions. The living room, bedrooms and bathrooms are simple. The farmhouse has a lot to offer. You can enjoy the private indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and the various sports and recreational activities. The farmhouse is divided amongst three buildings. This is ideal for those who wish to relax while others entertain themselves in the communal areas. There is a large patio with a barbeque between the buildings. The delightful garden covers one hectare and surrounds the compound. The garden has play equipment for small children and an orchard. IJzevalei

This lovely holiday farm was fully renovated in 2011 and is located on the River Ijzer. It is a lovely location with much peace and privacy. The farm has all of the necessary luxuries and is fully enclosed. The spacious courtyard and garden can be used by all ages. There is a large climbing installation where they can play to their hearts content. You can also enjoy the Jacuzzi! In the charming bustling centre of Diksmuide you will be surprised by the old historic centre, such as the market with its Manneke from de Mane, the Fish Market and the old flour mills. Relax on the beach, it's only 15 minutes from the house, as is Plopsaland for the kids. Would you rather walk and cycle through the beautiful landscape and enjoy the wide ranging views, thats possible too! This area still has many remnants from WWI, such as the trenches and cemeteries.
