Le Domaine des Arts

Right in the heart of the Ardennes, this cottage is in the middle of the triangle formed by the towns of Bastogne, La Roche and Houffalize..., a readymade tourist programme. Not far from Nisramont lake, in surroundings of over 80 ha of spruce, larch and deciduous trees, you can enjoy looking at the marvellous landscape with its abrupt hills and vast plains. This natural site gives visitors the pleasant sensation of total relaxation and the feeling that they are the only people left on the planet. As for the cottage, which is extremely pleasant and comfortable in a simple style, visitors will be attracted to the authenticity of the building which still has its outside toilet. Surprising!

Villa Folie

Villa Folie is a delightful, detached villa chalet. It is in the beautiful Nadrin Nature Reserve near the town of Houffalize. The villa is in a cul-de-sac. It is on a hill and enjoys many kilometres of unobstructed views. Villa Folie is within walking distance of Nadrin's town centre. The town is excellent for shopping and there is always plenty going on. The villa is very well equipped and has climate control, air-conditioning and security. It is the ideal accommodation for companies or groups who prefer the luxury of a hotel but with a more personal, intimate atmosphere. The childrens park Houtopia is not far from the home, but a day out kayaking or enjoying the great outdoors is also a must. In short, a perfect house in a fine location for a wonderful holiday.

This farmhouse has a very quiet location near Houffalize. This typical Ardennes village is located in the Ourthe valley at approx. 25 km south of the famous La-Roche-en-Ardenne. The illustrious "Panther", the German tank that outshone the British and American ones in the Ardennes offensive, still attracts lots of tourists to this picturesque place. In this region where forests and undulating fields alternate you can make fabulous walks. You will not get bored here, because there is enough to do in the region. You could also visit the dam lake and the lake of Nisramont, Bastogne with its "Historical Centre" and American memorial, the tourist town La Roche-en-Ardenne where you can go rafting or Vielsalm with the nearby game park "Domaine du Monti". This holiday home is in the heart of the Ardennes. It is in the Baraque Fraiture-Houffalize-La Roche triangle. The area surrounding the holiday home is tranquill. This and the delightful garden will invite you to spend a lot of time outdoors. Inside the house, the open fireplace is the perfect place for a drink on winter evenings. The house is in a perfect position for exploring the region on long, refreshing walks. There are many excellent walking and mountain bike routes. The brewery in the village of Achouffe is the home of the famous La Chouffe unfiltered blonde beer. The village has many attractive bars and pavement cafes. A visit is highly recommended. Anglers will enjoy the pond at the Taverne La Grange where trout are plentiful. There is a heated open-air swimming pool in La Roche and an indoor swimming pool in Houffalize. Both are just a few kilometres away. The River Ourthe is not far. It is perfect for kayaking. The Baraque Fraiture and La Roche ski-areas are nearby. The holiday home is excellent in winter for skiers and cross-country skiers. Houffalize, on the River Ourthe, has pleasant restaurants, pavement cafes, an indoor swimming pool and the Houtopia Childrens World. La Roche, with its attractive little streets and historic fort, is well worth a visit.

Vue Panoramique

This well cared for holiday home is located in a little village near Houffalize, looking out over a lovely valley. All rooms are on the first floor and from the balcony, you have a view of the many meadows where the owners horses and ponies graze. You can even bring your own horse. In addition, you have your own bit of the south facing garden, ideal for a tasty barbeque or aperitif in the sun. The kids will have hours of fun with the animals on the property. This area, in the midst of the Parc Naturel des 2 Ourthes has much beauty to offer. Consider the Ravel cycling paths, an afternoon of fishing, a visit to the brewery at Achouffe, the impressive reservoir at Nisramont or a kayaking trip on the Ourthe.
