This half-timbered Limburg house has just been built, but according to age-old tradition, and in a genuine historic and environmentally-safe way. This accommodation with its eight bedrooms and very large living space is perfect for large groups up to 25 people. Even larger groups can always rent The Old Mill (De Oude Molen) nearby (VOER-4850-01) to help with accommodation as well. The rustic town of Sippenaeken is located at the foot of the point where the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany meet, walking distance from the Dutch border. The holiday home is near the Geul River, surrounded by hills covered in forest and located at the end of a dead-end road, where youll have no noise from traffic. Hikers and bicyclists are definitely in luck here Youll barely go a few feet and youll already be enjoying the panoramic views, the babbling brooks and the steep hills. This area is recommended for all! 25 minutes from Maastricht, 20 minutes from Aachen and 5 minutes from the famed point where three great countries meet.

The Geulvallei holiday home is 300 meters from Sippenaeken village square and a few kilometers from the centre of Gemmenich. It is only hundreds of metres from the Dutch border. The house is on its own, away from other houses, and beside a nature reserve. You can enjoy excellent walks from this holiday home. There are two golf courses, a swimming pool, a playground and wonderful cycling routes in the surrounding area. Whats more, Geulvallei offers a breathtaking view of the Geuldal.

Gite het Panhoes

This holiday home is a traditional farm house in the grounds of the owners working farm. You can enjoy real outdoor living here. The surrounding area of Sippenaeken has many excellent walking and cycling routes. You can visit quiet villages along winding country roads with beautiful views. You can also go on splendid walking and cycling trips through the nearby Bovenste Bos or along the river Geul.

This holiday home is on the edge of the historic village of Gemmenich. The house dates from the 17th century. It is in one of the most beautiful parts of Belgium. The Netherlands and Germany are literally next door. You can look out from the front of the holiday home onto the meadows and the edge of a wood. There are six hectares of meadows and woodland on the other side of the street which guests can use. You can enjoy delightful walks and picnics. The area is paradise for children. Gemmenich is a tranquil Burgundian village in the Geul Valley. It is on the Belgian side of the Three Country Point. You can enjoy charming bicycle rides and long walks through the area's abundant woods, meadows and picturesque river valleys.

Aux Trois Frontières

For a holiday in chalet no. 11 in the ?Parc des trois Frontières? (Three Frontiers Park): it is situated on a hill beside the forest (200m) linking Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. The meeting point: The ?Drielandenpunt? (the Three Markers) is 3 km away. There are some beautiful walks in the forests and surrounding meadows. The Hautes Fagnes plateau is only a few kilometres away. The village of Gemmenich is 1 km away. It is a very quite location. In winter, the wood burning stove with its store of logs is the heart of the house. In summer, there is a large terrace to welcome holiday makers. In autumn, the different colours of the forest trees are fascinating. Situated between Maastricht, Liège and Aix-La-Chapelle: it is extremely easy to get to these towns: either by car, or by coach from Gemmenich (Timetables are available at the chalet). If you don?t have a car, the owner of the chalet will meet you on arrival and take you on departure (coach: 396 Vaals ? Eupen or coach 710 Eupen-Welkenraedt-Kelmis. The stop is in Gemmenich). 2 mountain bikes are available for you to use.
