Balmoral is located on a hill dominating the city, offering a unspoilable view to you on Spa and the Lake Warfaaz. The lake is located at less than 5 minutes of walk of the lodging and the possibility offers to you of making pedal boat or canoeing. Installation is modern and quite neat. The living room is decorated of an open fire and opens on one of the large terraces giving to the south. You will have of a large garden enclosed (3000 m ) with barbecue and a splendid interior swimming pool and space of relaxation. Characteristics This splendid villa is located on a large ground where also the residence of the owner is. In the house, there is a small private apartment. The superb swimming pool whose payment is to be consulted, is closed 2:00 hours a day. Hiring reserved EXCLUSIVELY to the families! Groups of young people, student parties and bachelor parties are prohibited. This is to guarantee the continued excellence of the house. The customer is obliged to respect the rented holiday home, its belongings and immediate surroundings. This includes the noise level.
