Casa Suna

Casa Suna is a beautiful eco-house at 2 km from Baderna and only 12 km from Porec. The villa was built in natural materials such as stone, wood and terracotta. Casa Suna consists of 2 floors. The entrance at ground level is from the terrace and you walk straight into the living room with separate dining area and kitchen. A double bedroom with separate bathroom with shower is on the left and to the right of the kitchen there is another bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. An outdoor stairway leads to the first floor where you will find a large "master bedroom" with ensuite bathroom and one single bedroom. In front of the house there is a large pool of 8 x 5m and a barbecue area on the left.

Villa Baccio is situated in the village of Vrecari, away from the tourist bustle, but only 15 minutes drive away from Rabac, a lovely sea side resort with a multitude of pebble beaches and excellent restaurants. During the summer, the old town of Labin - 3 km away, becomes the centre of the art and cultural happenings. The various sorts of accommodation lie in buildings spread throughout this luxurious and clearly laid out park. The HR-51250-05 and HR-51250-06 are located on the ground or 1st floor. The HR-51250-07 is situated on the ground, 1st or 2nd floor. the most luxurious type, the (HR-51250-08) are only found on the 1st floor. the apartments are all of a high standard and they are luxuriously furnished, well equipped and modern. The deluxe type has as an extra element, two plasma TV's and a barbeque on the terrace. From April to October once per hour a boat sails directly from Cavtat into the old centre of Dubrovnik (transfer time is 40 minutes), considered one of the most beautiful towns on the Mediterranean. Dubrovnik can also be reached by bus, in half an hour. The villa is situated on the edge of the medieval town, which has been built on a hilly and wooded peninsula. In order to reach the villa, you have to climb 40 steps. Alternatively, there is a longer but almost step-free path.

Balich

Villa Balich is situated in the region of Konavle, a beautiful green area in the south of Croatia. This region is with its green hills, traditional villages and cypresses, almost simular to Tuscany. The holiday home is situated on the edge of the old little village of Dubravka. The house is situated on a quiet location at only 8 kilometres distance from the sea. From the village of Dubravka you can make many nice trips. The city of Dubrovnik is, for example, only a 50 minutes drive away. 20 Kilometres north of the house is the charming city of Cavtat. Here you can find many different shops, restaurants and bars. Furthermore, the city has nice beaches which are worth to pay a visit. Another option is to cross the border into Montenegro for the day and visit cities such as Budva, Kotor and Sveti Stefan.

Kuca Blazenka

Luxurious apartment just outside of the centre of the Croatian town of Knin. The 4 room apartment is located on the first floor and has its own entrance. The apartment furnishings are charming and equipped with all comforts. From the sliding doors you walk right onto the balcony where you have a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. Next to the balcony, you can also use the spacious garden with garden furniture. The owner lives on the ground floor and also uses the garden. Ideal if you want tips about the area, there is always someone there to whom you can ask questions. The apartment is just outside of the centre of the Croatian town of Knin. Shops and supermarkets are within walking distance. The surrounding area is beautiful with beautiful wide reaching views, mountain landscapes and many options for an active holiday. You can mountain bike, kayak and ride quads.
