Villa Stedul is newly built and directly by the sea. The villa is on the island of Rab. The island is in the northern Adriatic Sea. It is a popular tourist area due to its Mediterranean climate, history, culture, traditions and crystal clear water. The beaches on Rab are mainly shingle. You can reach delightful, quiet little bays by exploring enchanting paths through the woods. This is a splendid area to enjoy wonderful walks. For the energetic, there are numerous mountain bike routes. The house consists of a number of apartments. You will occupy one of the studios on the first floor. The apartments are all the same size. They may vary in furnishing and terrace size. All terraces enjoy a sea view and look out onto the shared swimming pool. There is basketball and badminton in the back garden. There is also a small playground. The famous Leut Restaurant is 50 metres from the holiday home. The beach is immediately by the apartments.
