Casa Suna

Casa Suna is a beautiful eco-house at 2 km from Baderna and only 12 km from Porec. The villa was built in natural materials such as stone, wood and terracotta. Casa Suna consists of 2 floors. The entrance at ground level is from the terrace and you walk straight into the living room with separate dining area and kitchen. A double bedroom with separate bathroom with shower is on the left and to the right of the kitchen there is another bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. An outdoor stairway leads to the first floor where you will find a large "master bedroom" with ensuite bathroom and one single bedroom. In front of the house there is a large pool of 8 x 5m and a barbecue area on the left.

This beautifuly restored stone house is suitable for 8 persons. It is located in central Istria, in the small village Markovac close to the village of Visnjan, very famous for its observatory and sea is only 11 km away and is visible from the property. This beautiful Villa has two levels. Outside is a newly built swimming pool and BBQ in the garden.
