The apartment Leho is situated on the Babin Kuk peninsula, one of the most popular tourist areas in Dubrovnik. Two lovely terraces offer you a beautiful view of the surrounding area and in the bordering garden, you can find a shady spot during a warm summer day. This apartment also offers its own parking space. The apartment is provided with air conditioning, SAT TV and a fully equipped kitchen. You are at the beautiful sandy beach and cliffs within 5 minutes. There are various restaurants, bars, various shops, car parking and play options for the kids in the direct vicinity. The old centre of Dubrovnik is accessible in approx. 10 minutes on the bus and the Cilipi airport is only 20 km away.

Villa Green

Villa Moretic is located on the picturesque bay of Zaton with its pebble beaches, clear water and Mediterranean vegetation. The bus and boat station is within walking distance, with various charming restaurants and terraces, and also a supermarket and a bank. The nearby coast road connects Zaton with Dubrovnik, the pearl of the Adriatic Sea, which is only 7 kilometres away. The old city of Cavetat, the historic island of Lokrum and the Mljet national park are also worth a visit. Villa Moretic has four apartments. Apartment Green is tastefully furnished and equipped with air conditioning and internet. You will have a great view on the bay from the balcony. Behind the villa there is a beautiful garden with a terrace equipped with grill and a playground for the kids.

This beautiful terraced villa is situated in the picturesque seaside resort of Cavtat, which is well known for the lively cafés and excellent restaurants along its palm-lined boulevard. The 400-year-old Dalmatian villa has been extensively restored, and offers ample space and comfort. The villa is at a two-minute walking distance from the beach. The path to the sea meanders through a pine forest. The luxurious kitchen has been equipped with all possible modern appliances; it also has an old pizza oven. The wine cellar offers an impressive collection of Croatian wines, which can be purchased (guests pay at the end of their stay for what they have consumed). The large, walled garden is particularly suited for barbecuing. The living and dining areas are very spacious, allowing for in-door living in case of very hot or rainy whether. The villa has four bedrooms, two of which are double bedrooms and two are twin bedrooms. It offers three bathrooms (one of which is en-suite). There are air conditioners on the first and second floor. The services include cable television (which comes with a library of over 5,000 films) and wireless Internet. From April to October once per hour a boat sails directly from Cavtat into the old centre of Dubrovnik (transfer time is 40 minutes), considered one of the most beautiful towns on the Mediterranean. Dubrovnik can also be reached by bus, in half an hour. The villa is situated on the edge of the medieval town, which has been built on a hilly and wooded peninsula. In order to reach the villa, you have to climb 40 steps. Alternatively, there is a longer but almost step-free path.

Medena

The apartments are spread around the park in buildings with a maximum of two floors. The apartment will be on the ground floor or the first floor. There are three types. You can choose a three-person standard apartment, HR-21218-02, a five-person standard apartment, HR-21218-03, or a five-person renovated apartment, HR-21218-04. This last apartment has been completely renovated and has a modern, comfortable interior. Both standard apartments are well furnished and maintained. You have the use of a balcony or a terrace with garden furniture.

These comfortably furnished mobile homes are located at the edge of the harbour on this beautiful park. The accommodations are suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. You have air conditioning and a wonderful covered terrace with garden furniture.

Dolmar

Villa Dolmar (60 m² per apartment) is in the well-known village of Vodice just 700 m from the centre and 600 m from the beach. It is also situated between two great national nature parks, i.e., the Kornati Islands and the Krka Waterfalls. Villa Dolmar is also just 13 km from the old city of Sibenik, which has some magnificent architecture. A visit to the Cathedral and burial grounds of Sibenik are definitely worthwhile. The apartment where you will be staying is on the first floor where there is also another apartment but you will have your own entrance. The apartments on the ground floor belong to the caretaker.

House Petra

The former fishers house Petra, lies on the Zirje Island. It has two separate apartments, each has two double bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The cottage is basically furnished; it is back to basics with simple furniture and sanitary! The water for the shower and kitchen is heated with sun energy and the refrigerator and oven works with gas. Undergo the ultimate feeling of relaxation; float on the crystal clear sea, look at the birds or perhaps at a dolphin swimming by! Diving and canoe excursions can be discussed with the house owner. ATTENTION: There is a one-time registration fee upon arrival of EUR 1,50 per person to be paid on the site. The transfer to the house is not included in the price en costs Euro 50,- one way. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (Euro 25,- per day/on request). The water supply is limited; please use it sparingly. Attention: electricity of 12 V, however, this is only for lights, and for mobile phone battery recharge, maybe a radio. No household equipment, hairdryers, laptops etc. Important: The arrival to the travel agency in Biograd should be till noon because of the specific transfer. Please make sure to be on time.

Kuca Blazenka

Luxurious apartment just outside of the centre of the Croatian town of Knin. The 4 room apartment is located on the first floor and has its own entrance. The apartment furnishings are charming and equipped with all comforts. From the sliding doors you walk right onto the balcony where you have a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. Next to the balcony, you can also use the spacious garden with garden furniture. The owner lives on the ground floor and also uses the garden. Ideal if you want tips about the area, there is always someone there to whom you can ask questions. The apartment is just outside of the centre of the Croatian town of Knin. Shops and supermarkets are within walking distance. The surrounding area is beautiful with beautiful wide reaching views, mountain landscapes and many options for an active holiday. You can mountain bike, kayak and ride quads.

Vakantiepark Borik Zadar

These new, luxury ?Capri? type chalets are comfortable and luxuriously furnished. They each have two bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and a tall bed. You can easily convert the sitting/dining area in the living room into a one or two person sleeping area. The chalets each have a safe. Air conditioning is available for a modest fee. The chalets have a veranda and garden furniture.

Camping Soline

The mobile homes were placed in position in 2008. They are spread around the campsite. The homes are modern and comfortably furnished. Both bedrooms have a bathroom with shower and toilet. Holiday Village Zaton

The apartments are situated in attractive, small scale houses that have been built in typical Dalmatian style, they are surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and pine trees. All apartments have been completely renovated at the end of 2005 or the beginning of 2006 so that they are of a high standard, modern and equipped with all comforts. The apartments are situated on the ground or 1st floor and have a patio or a balcony with garden furniture. the studio's are located on the ground floor and have a patio with garden furniture. Pets 11 per day. Must be mentioned at the time of booking.

Resort Alan

The apartments are situated around the swimming pool, in a low level part of the building( lift available). the accommodation is modern and well equipped. there are two balconies with garden furniture, partly covered and partly with sea view.

The house has a thermo bag shower as well; this is a self-filled water reservoir, heated by the sun. Attention: Upon arrival, a registration fee of EUR 1.50 per person is charged.

After you have collected the key at the office of the house owner, then at your own time take the boat to Tkon (Ferry tickets are not included in the price). Once you arrive there, your car will be placed at a safe place and the manager will take you, by boat to your holiday house (transfer on the arrival and departure day is included in price). Shopping is done from the market ship that arrives every day to every bay (not house) during the morning except on Saturdays. If the market ship is not arriving out of any reason, the delivery is done every 3 days according to the order placed to Val Tours. What about the idea of you catching your own fish fresh from the sea with your own fish material (and permit) and thereafter grilling it on the BBQ. House Tiana is a well-kept 4-persons angler cottage. The house lies on the Pasman Island. It lies in a bay with a restaurant at about 200 meters. In the summer many boats are spending the night in this bay. Diving and canoe excursions can be discussed with the house owner.
