Holiday home Ana is situated in the calm town of Kanfanar in the inland of the Istian peninsula. Rovinje, a cosy little town with harbour and beach facilities is 20 km away. Within close vicinity, you will discover many beautiful walking and cycling routes. The town of Pula with its old amphitheatre is fun to visit. Pula is the centre of the Istrian peninsula and depends mainly on tourism. The long beaches and the beautiful clear blue water make you feel like you're in paradise. Opposite the coast, you can visit the island of Brioni, where Tito resided until his death. This island is now a national park, where you will find many different animal and bird species. In addition, Venice and the many lovely towns in the area are definitely worth visiting. Here, you can experience the true traditions of this wonderful country. Holiday home Ana enjoys a calm location at 150 m from the tiny centre of Kanfanar. The perfect spot for nature lovers and relaxation seekers alike. Should you be in the mood for a little more activity or want to visit the beach, you will find this within 20 km of the home. The detached holiday home is neatly furnished and has a beautiful, spacious garden. On its terrace with garden furniture you can sit peacefully and enjoy the sun.

Laguna Bellevue

The total of 219 different accommodations have been spread throughout the park, in adjoining houses with a maximum of two floors. Therefore the studios and propertys lie either on the ground floor or the 1st floor. As well as the 3-pers. studios (HR-52440-01) as the 4-pers. houses (HR-52440-02) are tastefully, modern and luxurious furnished. The studios contain a terrace with garden furniture and the houses have a covered balcony (type loggia) with garden furniture. Because of the gradual position, you have view at the sea from your balcony from some of the accommodations. You can bring your own barbeque.

Valamar Diamant Residence

These comfortable, well-furnished holiday accommodations are spread around the park. They are all on the ground floor. Due to differing construction types, some accommodations are reached by a staircase. There is a two-person version, HR-52440-10, or a six-person version, HR-52440-11. Resort Belvedere

These modern furnished apartments are furnished in various colours and there are two different types. You have a choice of a 3 person studio (HR-52450-02), a 3 person apartement and a four person apartment (HR-52450-03). In the studio, in most cases, the bedroom is separated by a glass wall. All accommodations are situated so that the balcony is on the lake side. All of them area also provided with various equipment. For example, air conditioning is no superfluous luxury during the summer months.

Resort Riva

The apartments are directly on the coast of Vrsar and a stones throw from the old fishing village. These accommodations are simple, but furnished with care. From your furnished balcony, you have a beautiful view of the harbour and the centre.

Kanegra

The attractive looking, renovated buildings on the park consist of terraced bungalows and are max. two floor high. The 4-pers. variant (HR-52470-04) lies on the ground floor or the 1st floor. The 5-pers. variant (HR-52470-05) and the 6-pers. variant (HR-52470-06) are situated on the ground floor and consist of two floors. Each bungalow has access to its own balcony or terrace with garden furniture. They are of a good standard and cosily furnished and reachable through a stairs due to the location against an incline.

Sol Polynesia

The various accommodations are spread around the holiday park. They are in houses of eight holiday homes, divided over two floors. You can choose from a three-person studio, HR-52470-14, a three-person apartment, HR-52470-07, a four-person apartment, HR-52470-08 and a five-person apartment, HR-52470-09. The holiday homes are on the ground floor or first floor. They all have their own terrace or balcony with garden furniture. There are also two types of bungalow. There is a four-person version, HR-52470-10 and a five-person version, HR-52470-13. The bungalows are attached and are on ground floor level. They all have a terrace with garden furniture. All the accommodations are attractively furnished.

Resort Istrian Villas

These spacious villas are some of the most beautiful on the Croatian coast. They were built in 2007. The villas have spacious, modern interiors. They are comfortable, luxurious and full of atmosphere. Everything is provided for an enjoyable, relaxing holiday. The villas are spread around the park. Shade is provided by the park's many pine trees. You can choose between a six-person villa, HR-52470-15 ( suitable for four adults and two children until 12 years old), or a four-person villa, HR-52470-16 ( suitable for two adults and two children until 12 years old). Both types have air-conditioning, a spacious terrace with excellent garden furniture, sun loungers and an unenclosed garden. These are wonderful accommodations for lovers of sun, sea, beach and luxury.

Sol Stella Maris

The various types of apartments are spread around the park. They are grouped in buildings of no more than four storeys. There is a three-person studio, HR-52470-17 and a four-person apartment, HR-52470-18. There is also a five-person variant, HR-52470-19 and a six-person variant, HR-52470-20, which has two floors. All apartments are well furnished and have a terrace or balcony with outdoor furniture.

Apartmentresort Savudrija

The holiday homes on the Savudrija Resort are spread around the park and built in rows. You can choose from two types of holiday home. There is a version for four people, HR-52475-02. This is on one level and can be on the ground floor or the first floor. There is also a version for six people, HR-52475-03. This occupies two floors. Both types of holiday homes are attractively furnished and have a terrace or balcony with garden furniture.

Strasko

The recently situated mobile homes, all with sea views, are spread over the extensive grounds. The accommodation is modern, comfortable and well equipped and all have their own terrace and garden furniture.

Villa Balich is situated in the region of Konavle, a beautiful green area in the south of Croatia. This region is with its green hills, traditional villages and cypresses, almost simular to Tuscany. The holiday home is situated on the edge of the old little village of Dubravka. The house is situated on a quiet location at only 8 kilometres distance from the sea. From the village of Dubravka you can make many nice trips. The city of Dubrovnik is, for example, only a 50 minutes drive away. 20 Kilometres north of the house is the charming city of Cavtat. Here you can find many different shops, restaurants and bars. Furthermore, the city has nice beaches which are worth to pay a visit. Another option is to cross the border into Montenegro for the day and visit cities such as Budva, Kotor and Sveti Stefan.

"Kameni dvori Lovorno" is located on a quiet location in the region of Konavle, in the village of Lovorno, a 25 minutes drive from Dubrovnik. This renovated old family house has a rich history and it is built from traditional materials, stone and wood, which makes it an ideal location for a comfortable and luxurious holiday. This holiday home is surrounded by rich Mediterranean vegetation dominated by a large oak tree and the old lookout, with a view to the area of Konavle and southern Adriatic. Villa Maruka is situated in the old centre of the village Mirca on the island of Bra?, some 800 meters away from the sea and the beach Villa Maruka is a traditional Dalmatian stone house from the 19th century which we renovated into a comfortable villa for 6 to 8 persons. Before the construction works on the villa began, we consulted the Split conservation office to preserve as much as possible of the existing Dalmatian architectural tradition and its original charm, but at the same time to meet the modern living standards. Villa Maruka has just over 130 m2 of the interior, a forecourt with a swimming pool, a roofed sitting area, a garden and a covered parking place. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, and also the exit to the ?sular?with a view of the sea and the other shore of the Bra? sea channel. The ?sular?is a local name for the top of a staircase, which was traditionally situated before the main entrance to the living area on the first floor. Now the wooden stairs connect the first floor bedrooms with the living room on the ground floor, where it used to be a room for keeping olive oil, vine, tools etc. On the ground floor, besides the living room with TV and a fireplace, there is also a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with a big bathroom, additional toilet and one more bathroom. There is an exit from the master bedroom to the small romantic back garden with a terrace. The swimming pool with a hydro massage bench and a garden with an old olive tree are in the forecourt. A wooden sun deck is by the pool, and underneath, on the street level, is the parking place. A particularly attractive place is the outside dining area with a grill, covered with the authentic stone roof, which is traditional in old Dalmatian rural architecture. In the town of Supetar, 3 km from Mirca, you can find sports facilities, shops, bars, night bars, a cinema, art gallery and a library. There are lots of different cultural events (concerts, Jazz festival, exhibitions, folklore evenings, plays...) organised in Supetar from June to September, as a part of Supetar summer of culture.
