Dvori od Skrapi huis Asparagus

In the heart of Istria, near the town of Pazin you will find the rural town of Dvori od ?krapi. Four luxurious holiday residences have been constructed in traditional style, and only natural materials have been used. This small scale complex is the ideal location to fully relax and at the same time, is a fantastic base to explore Porec and Rovinj. The ground floor of Hi?a (house) Asparagus is dominated by the comfortable living room with an open fireplace, and is, as is the rest of the house, furnished with restored antique furniture. The gallery provides access to the comfortable sleeping areas. After swimming, relax on the terrace while a glas of Malvasia awaits you on the massive stone table.

Horizont

The apartments are situated in terraces houses of two storeys high with each 6 to 20 apartments. The different apartments (6-pers. HR-52100-01, 4-pers. HR-52100-02, 4-pers. HR-52100-55 and 3-pers. HR-52100-03) are therefore situated on the ground floor or on the 1st floor. The distance to the sea is 50 to 150 m. depending on the location. You have access to a balcony or terrace with garden furniture.

Camp Kazela

The mobile homes are on a private, enclosed plot of land. They have been recently placed in position. They are well-maintained and have modern interiors. All have air-conditioning and charges apply. There is a choice of two types. Type HR-52203-01 are in a central position in the park and are slightly further from the sea. The chalets of type HR-52203-26 are closer to the sea. They are all identical in terms of quality and all have a covered terrace with garden furniture.

Splendid

The apartments are located in various buildings scattered across the park. You can choose an apartment for 4 persons (HR-52100-04) or for 5 persons (HR-52100-05). All the apartments are carefully and modernly furnished. You dispose of a balcony or terrace.

Park Plaza Verudela

Stupice

The mobile homes are spread out over the peninsular in amongst the trees. They are almost new and therefore, well equipped, comfortable and furnished in a modern style. All mobile homes have their own terrace with a lovely sea view. Pets( max 10 kg) are allowed, 70 per week, must be mentioned at the time of booking.

Danica

Pula is situated 35 km. To the north west of Rovinj. Apartment Lili is situated just 3 km from the centre of Pula and only 10 km from the beach. The apartment (50 m) is located on the ground floor and is comfortably furnished and of a good standard. Patio with garden furniture, small garden and barbeque. Specifics: Airconditioning on demand, eur 35 per day.

Grgorinic

This detached house lays at only 400m. From the sociable centre of Pula 3 km. from the sea. Because it lays just outside the centre of town, not only do you have all facilities close at hand but also the piece and quiet. The house has several apartments. On the ground floor you will find this nicely decorated apartment for 4 persons, with a terrace. On request and for compensation you can use the aircon. You can use the common garden with lawn, tabletennistable and barbeque.

Zanetti

This stately villa lays just outside the centre of Pula and approximately 400m from the sea. It houses several apartments, on the first floor you will find a 4 person (HR-52100-47) and a 2-4 person (HR-52100-48) apartment. The decoration is tastefully done. Both apartments have a balcony. You can use the common garden with garden furniture and barbeque. On request and extra payment you can use the aircon.

Stoja

The mobile homes are set in a separate area of the park in the middle of mediteranean gardens. They are almost new and therefoe, well equipped, comfortable and furnished in a modern style. All mobile homes have their own terrace, partly with sea view. Pets (max 1) are allowed but must be mentioned at the time of booking. Pets( max 10 kg) 70 per week

Indije

The mobile homes are almost new and lay spread among the trees, throughout the park. Each accommodation has its own terrace and garden furniture, from the terrace you have a lovely view of the sea. The mobile homes are well equipped, comfortable and furnished in a modern style. Pets( max 10 kg) are allowed, 70 per week, must be mentioned at the time of booking.

Residence Ai Pini

The simple, but well maintained apartments are located in complexes of a maximum of two floors, which are spread out over the park. From the balcony or terrace with garden furniture you can enjoy the natural surroundings offered by the park.

Medulin

The modern and completely furnished mobile homes are all free standing. The shadowy location and air-conditioning contribute to a pleasant stay. The additional veranda comes equipped standard with garden furniture and a sunshade.

Adrianu

This attractive, spacious apartment is on the ground floor of a small apartment building consisting of five apartments. The building is 200 metres from the town centre of Medulin. The town is in the province of Istria. The apartment has a separate entrance. The enclosed garden of 325 m is entirely for your own use. There is parking space for two cars inside the enclosure. You'll find a wonderful beach just 500 metres from the front door. Shopping is easy as a supermarket is just 100 metres away. Medulin has a very good choice of restaurants and bars. You will hardly need your car while on holiday here.

Vakantiepark Amarin

The various sorts of accommodation are spread over the park and are located in terraced rows of houses of a maximum of two storeys high. They have all been completely renovated in 2005 and are therefore, modern and fully equipped as well as attractively furnished. Childs cot 35 per week, please request at time of booking

Vakantiepark Valdaliso

The chalets are spread out among the trees on this peninsula, each on its own parcel of approx. 150 m2 with terrace and garden furniture. Most of the chalets have a lovely view from the terrace to the old town and of the beautiful blue sea. The furnishings are modern and each chalet has air conditioning. More than four people are only allowed upon request. To arrange this, contact the customer service centre by phone. This chalet is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children up to 11 years of age.

Villas Rubin

The various sorts of accommodation are spread over the park and all have their wn terrace or balcony wth garden furniture. They have all been completely renovated in 2000 and are therefore, modern and fully equipped as well as attractively furnished. Childs cot 35 per week, please request at time of booking. Bi Village

The semi-detached bungalows are located in a separate area of the park, they are situated near the swimming pool or near the sea. The bed for the 5th and 6th person is placed in one of the other bedrooms. Some of the bungalows have two floors, the bedrooms are then on the 1st floor. The mobile homes are situated almost directly on the seashore at the beginning of the park.Both types of accommodation have a patio with garden furniture. The studios are located in the reception centre and are on the 1st floor, this accommodation has a balcony with garden furniture. All properties are fairly new and of a high standard, they are decorated in bright colours, that fits with the ambiance of this beautiful area.

Alenka

Fazana-Peroj is situated 8 km. to the north west of Pula. Apartment Alenka is just 0.3 km from the centre of Peroj and 0.7 km from the beach. The apartment is situated on the second floor ( 60 m.) One of the bedrooms offers beautiful sea views, The property is of a good standard and comfortably furnished. Balcony. Specifics: Airconditioning on demand, Eur 35 p.w.

Camping Olivia

These modern mobile homes have been recently placed in position. The plots of land are unenclosed and the homes are mostly in close proximity. The interiors are carefully maintained and well furnished. There is a choice of a four-person version, HR-52221-10, and a five-person variation, HR-52221-11. Both versions have a terrace with garden furniture. You can park at the accommodation or in one of the car parks. Parking is permitted for one car per mobile home.
