This completely renovated country house is at the edge of the village of Zapy. The village is only 12 km from Prague. The holiday home is in a quiet position. It is ideal for two families. The home consists of two buildings which are equipped with every modern convenience. The courtyard has a covered pergola and a garden grill. The heated indoor swimming pool has counter current and lighting. There is also table tennis. The playground behind the garden is good for football. There is a lake with a beach and sunbathing area 12 km away. Tennis courts are 400 metres, golf is 30 km and horse riding is 2 km. You can enjoy a pleasant walk in the woods which are 2 km away. Rural apartment in the Czech countryside at only 30 minutes by car from Prague! The apartment is located in the loft of a cosy renovated barn belonging to a farm. The apartment is practical and has all the basic facilities for your stay in Tuklaty. The sloping roof and the wooden details provide a cosy atmosphere. There is a spacious garden around the farm and from the roof windows you look out onto the lush greenery. You can use the garden furniture and the barbecue. There also is vegetable garden where you can pluck seasonal vegetables and fruit for your own use. Tuklaty is a Czech village at only 30 minutes of the capital Prague. Ideal for those who like to visit the city, but not staying in the city hustle and bustle. There is a small station in the village, and the train takes you to Prague in half an hour. There are two trains per hour. That way you will never be stuck in traffic and you can easily visit the fabulous Czech capital. Attention: the stairway to the apartment is steep and is not suitable for people who have trouble walking.

Krejcikova

The city of Celakovice is situated only 20 km. east of Prague, on the banks of the Elbe river which forms the northern border of the city. The area is surrounded by meadows and woods and ideal for making long walks. There is an excellent connection with Prague. It only takes about 30 minutes by train to get to this famous metropole. You could also visit the health resort of Podebrady where youll also find several beautiful parks.Krejcikova house is quietly, though centrally located in an exclusive residential area of Celakovice. The tastefully furnished property lies on the 1st floor. One of the bedrooms has access to the balcony. You can also enjoy a communal garden with garden furniture. You have at your disposal three mountain bikes and a table tennis table, to be arranged on site with the accommodation owner. You can also use a washing machine. Benes

This holiday home is at the edge of the village of Ryman in central Bohemia. Ryman is a suburb of Mnisek pod Brdy and around 26 km south of Prague. The house is in a very quiet position on the edge of a wood. It enjoys pleasant views of the garden and the wood. It is ideally located for a variety of day trips. Prague can be reached by car or public transport. The bus-stop is 500 metres away. Historic forts such as Karlstejn and Krivoklat and the fascinating Koneprusy Stalactite Caves are all well worth a visit. Particulars: The other part of the house is owned by the landlords who are sometimes resident. They are a friendly retired couple. The holiday home is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and a baby.

Villa Vranov

This unique holiday villa is thirty-five kilometres from the beautiful city of Prague. It has everything necessary for a perfect holiday with the whole family. You can swim, enjoy water sports, rent a boat and relax on the beach at Lake Slapy which is only 30 km away. The woods are 1 km away and the Konopiste Hunting Lodge with restaurant and mini golf is 10 km. The holiday home is very pleasant and has new furnishing. The pleasant detached holiday home is located on the outskirts of the small village Chrást nad Sázavou and offers a large garden with stone garden and fruit- and forest trees. You will enjoy fabulous views on the Sázava valley from your holiday home. The region is perfect for walks and canoe trips on the Sázava river. You could also visit the city Benesov or Tabor. The castle Konopiste, the Sternberg fortress or the capital Prague (30 min. by car) are definitely worth a visit too. Enjoy your holiday in Central Bohemia! You will enjoy sole occupancy of the holiday home. The bungalow is by a small lake so please exercise care with small children. The home enjoys uninterrupted views of the surrounding greenery. There is an excellent motorway connection with Prague. There are many cultural and historic places of interest in the vicinity well worth visiting. The surrounding area is perfect for walks, cycling and day trips. The unenclosed garden has garden furniture and a barbecue.

This detached home is located on Lake Lisbohost. From the covered terrace, you have a beautiful view of the water and forests in the area. You can swim in the lake which is part of the holiday home, practice watersports or sail your own boat (for a fee, 2.80 EUR per day). In the village of Bystrice(6km) you will find shops and restaurants, and there is a sauna, tennis court and covered swimming pool in Benesow(15km),you can (mini) golf in Konopiste(15km) or horseback ride in Podoli(4km). This bungalow for 7 persons is in a quiet location in a quiet and small holiday village. The home has a large garden with a slide, swimming pool, barbeque, and covered terrace. In the hilly landscape you can walk and cycle. Supermarket, restaurants and shops are found in Pribam 12 km away. You can also visit various cultural and historic sites in the area. These included the pilgrimage site near Pribram (9km, fortress ruins in Vrskamyk(13km) of castles in Dobris (25km),Orlik (26km) or Zaluzany (15km). Majak

The Majak holiday home is on a hill on the outskirts of the pleasant village of Zvirotice. The country house is divided into seven apartments, which were all renovated in 2005. Your apartment (40m2) is situated on the 1st floor. The house and the terraces offer a great view of the river Vltava and the rolling hills. Around the house is a large fenced off private garden available for use by the guests of the apartments. There is also a swimming pool, a barbecue space and playing space for children. On the ground floor there is the reception and a bar. Further there is a game-room with table tennis, billiard, darts and a fitness tool. This is all for communal use. The village is situated on the widening of the river and is very popular both with Czechs and others for the possibilities it offers for holidays. You can swim in the river in the summer. You can also enjoy the rocky shores sailing in a canoe or a dinghy or just take in the natural beauty of the coastline. Twice a week, a boat arrives with which you can sail to well known castles along the river. There are also various walking- and cycling paths set out around the house. And there are also various well-known cities in the area that are absolutely worth visiting: - Pribam: known for its monastery and mining museum - Sedlecany: with various pleasant restaurants - Prague: a capital city with several beautiful sights

Horejany

This 6-person holiday house is in the middle of a small agricultural town on top of a hill. This house stands together on the same property with the "Holidayfarm Horejany" (CZ-26272-02). These two holiday homes can as well be hired together. The house is on the edge of the town with a wide view of the fields and the nearby forests edge. It is more the rule than the exception that deer can be seen along the house in the morning and at dawn and dusk. The garden area offers privacy to guests - both on the side and behind the house - due to the various "garden sections" there. Theres plenty of space for children to play within the closed garden. The garden fireplace and the car park for the house are shared. You can hike, cycle, swim and go horseback riding in the area, and in the winter there is also skating, cross-country skiing (you must bring your own equipment), sleighing, etc. Within a radius of 7 - 15 km, in Breznice and Pribram, there are two swimming pools, a sauna, a sport centre, museums and opportunities for parachuting and canoeing. And of course, the dazzling city of Prague is only 50 minutes away by car. In Pribam are the famous pilgrimage site of Svata Hora (the Sacred Mountain) and a mine museum. There are a number of extra cooking apparatuses available in the kitchen: - toaster - iron - vacuum cleaner - deep-frying pan - electric kettle For the smallest, there is a baby bath and for the bigger kids, the garden has a sandpit, a swing and a volleyball- and football field. Bicycles are also available (6 pers + 2 children). There are enough books, party games and sports- and gaming materials, e.g. tennis/badminton rackets, volleyball net, footballs, skittles- and bowling sets, etc. In July and August, it is possible to swim in the camping sites swimming pool, 1 km further up. During the summer holidays, you can use the swimming pool on the nearby Dutch camping site between 13.00 and 15.00.

Breznice

This attractive, five-person holiday home is in a quiet street at the edge of the small town of Breznice. The town is in central Bohemia and is around 65 km from Prague. You will enjoy sole occupancy of the holiday home. It is within walking distance of shops, a restaurant and a historic castle. The home has an enclosed garden with a terrace, sandpit and children's pool with a diameter of 3.5 metres. There is a newly opened hotel just one kilometre away with a restaurant, bar, bowling, billiards, sauna, mini-golf, tennis courts, playground, table tennis, pétanque and an indoor riding school.

Ulrychova

Lhotka u Lochovic lies 20 km. south of Beroun. This modern furnished house lies quietly in a side street, at the edge of the village. Extremely spacious garden (5000 m2) with terrace, garden furniture, playing meadow and permanent barbeque. From your garden you will have a nice view at the surrounding area. You can park your car on the sealed terrain around the house.

Roztoky

The Roztoky House is in central Bohemia on the edge of the village of Roztoky. It is 15 km south-east of the town of Rakovnik and 40 km from Prague. The house is not enclosed. It stands on a slope near a river and has views of the nearby woods and hills. The house is in the protected Krivoklat Wood Nature Reserve. The area is perfect for cycling. There are 80 km of cycling routes. You can enjoy interesting excursions to various forts and castles such as Krivoklat which is 1 km away. Karlstejn Castle is 36 km, Tocnik is 17 km and the ruined Fort Zebrak is 18 km. You can also visit the Koneprusy Stalactite Caves which are 23 km away. Lany Castle is 15 km away. A day trip to the wonderful city of Prague is a must. You can enjoy swimming in the River Berounka on warm summer days. The river is only 400 metres from the holiday home. The historic town of Prodebrady is in Middle Bohemia. The area, together with Prague, is the oldest part of the Czech Republic. The town has its own castle. There are a number of other historic towns in the nearby area. These include Kolin, Kutna Hora, Pardubice and Hradec Kralove. They are all well worth visiting. Youll find attractive parks, tennis courts and an eighteen-hole golf course in and around Prodebrady. You can enjoy swimming in the Zehun recreation lake which dates from the 14th century.
