Villa Aaron

Villa Aaron is a newly built villa with private swimming pool, located against a hillside looking out toward the bay of the beautiful fishing village of Bali and to the south, to the mountains on the northwest coast of Crete. The large town of Rethymnon is 25 km away. Villa Aaron is located at the foot of the Kouloukonas mountains, wonderful for walking and bird watching. In the spring, there is a plethora of wildflowers. The valley inclines quietly down to the cute fishing village of Bali, where there are shops and tavernas. From the villa, Bali is only a few minutes drive away through the olive orchards. This semidetached villa is located in a friendly small scale complex in the village of Panormo, near Rethymnos. The location of the complex is ideal. From the sliding doors you walk right into the enclosed terrace and into the communal pool. The swimming pool consists of three pools placed diagonally above each other of various depths, and a children?s pool about 40 cm deep. While you enjoy a drink on your terrace, you have a view of the swimming pool and the background of the sea. The apartment furnishings are charming and equipped with all comforts. The town of Panormo is an up and coming spa town on the Greek island of Crete. Panarmo is more targeted toward young families and people who are looking for a combination of peace and charm. The house is located 100 metres from the sea, 800 metres from the beach and 900 metres from the centre of Panarmo. In Panarmo you will find three little bays with beaches, where there is also a taverna. There is a bus line there, and in 20 minutes you are in the town of Rethymnos and in 45 minutes in Heraklion and the airport.
