Villa Eleonora

This holiday villa is in the picturesque village of Prines on the north coast of the island of Crete. There is a private swimming pool. The villa was built in 2008 and is in its own grounds of 400 m2. It enjoys plenty of privacy and has no immediate neighbours. There is a terrace, a garden with garden furniture, a private swimming pool and an outdoor shower. You can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding area and the sea from the roof terrace. There is a parking space in front of the villa under a large oak tree. The tree provides welcome shade in summer. There are four chairs under it for your relaxation. The village of Prines is a five minute walk from the villa. Youll find a mini-market and a delightful, typical Greek taverna there. You can enjoy live music at the taverna every Saturday night in the summer months. It is open every day until late at night. There is a large supermarket and various shops in the adjacent village of Atsipopoulo. The old town of Rethymno is ten minutes away by car and is simply wonderful. Its small, narrow streets bustle with all kinds of charming tavernas and restaurants. The town has a long boulevard with modern cafes and bars. You can enjoy the most delicious fish and seafood at the beautiful old harbour. Rethymno has supervised beaches with a coast line of more than 20 km stretching east and west. Villa Nessos

This detached villa is traditionally built in natural stone. It has a private swimming pool. The villa is in a quiet area, close to the attractive village of Prines on the north coast of Crete. It in a charming olive grove with five other villas. The villa is equipped with all modern conveniences. Thanks to its traditional thick walls the villa stays wonderfully cool. The garden is 530 m2 and contains the swimming pool and a large lawn with a play area. Parking is available in the grounds. The terraces enjoy delightful views of the sea and the mountains. The nearest beach is just four kilometres away. The ancient town of Rethymnon with its beaches, shops and restaurants is around six kilometres away. You can reach the island's south coast in forty minutes by car.

Villa Zeus

Villa Zeus in the village of Prinès, 5 km from the old town of Rethymnos, is particularly suitable for a relaxed holiday, provided with privacy thanks to its own swimming pool and terrace. The private swimming pool is the real draw of this villa, which is modern but homey. After a cooling dip in the beautiful swimming pool, you can warm up in the sun on the spacious sun terrace, provided with lounge chairs and parasols. The sliding doors to the veranda and terrace assure even more light and space, so you can enjoy your holiday to the full. The town of Rethymnos is only 10 minutes driving from Villa Zeus, and there you will find long sandy beaches, many shops and a charming old fishing port with restaurants and lounge bars. In the hinterland you will find many ancient sites such as Knossos, Matala, Arkadi and the old town of Chania, which are certainly worth a visit. There you will find excavations and historical buildings dating from the roman period. In short, a stay in Villa Zeus assures you of a wonderful Greek holiday.

Villa Andreina

Villa Andreina lies in the picturesque and tranquil village of Gerani, surrounded by sea views and views of the mountains, within minutes of the beaches and coves of North-Western Crete. Closeby lies the old and historic town and venetian port of Rethymnon, together with it's narrow streets, with old shops and tavernas. The villa offers accomodation for 4 persons, and has a separate area whereby an extra 2 persons can also be accomodated comfortably. As most people tend to live outside during the summer months, there is a large bbq. The garden offers different seating areas, according to the sun's pathway and together with the private swimming pool, this offers a cool haven from the heat of the day. The village of Gerani, a few minutes stroll away, has a mini-market, traditional tavernas, butchers and bakery shops, thus offering the idyllic and natural way of enjoying the greek way of life.
