Villa Kostas

Villa Kostas is an authentic large Greek house built of stone. The house is located around a courtyard with exotic tall trees and has a private swimming pool with a separate childrens pool, a pond and a separate BBQ area in the corner of the garden. This house is 200 years old and was recently very tastefully renovated. The property is walled so that life is lived on the interior of this house. The hosue as a staircase on the other side in the garden which takes you to a separate studio. The garden is beautiful, almost a small paradise. There are lounge chairs and parasols Food is mostly prepared on the BBQ. The BBQ space has a large covered seating area where you can all enjoy a meal together. This house is ideal for a large family or for multiple families together. Villa Kostas is located in the small hamlet of Giannoudi, with only 20 residents, located on a hill 4.5 km from the larger town of Rethymnos. The beautiful sandy beach, the shops and many tavernas are 2.5 km from the village. Note: The head space in one of the shower rooms is not suitable for tall people.

Villa Portokali

Villa Portokali, is located in the quiet village of Prinos, on the northwest coast of Crete 10 km from the old city of Rethymnon. The house is named Portokali, which means Orange in greek, because, together with the neighbouring house, is surrounded by beautiful olive trees and above all, orange trees. The quiet is overwhelming. From the house you have a view on one side of the Philoritis mountain range and on the other, the blue sea. The residence is located on the first and second floors of the house, has a spacious interior approx 120 m2, is nicely furnished, with air conditioning in every room, internet, washing machine and 2 large balconies on both floors. The garden is private, very large and full of fruit trees and herbs. Garden furniture is situated near a BBQ. There is plenty of room to park on the property. The Villa in Loutra is a beautiful, modern and luxuriously furnished villa. It is equipped with all comforts. The house has at least 100 m2 of living space and is situated on a 500 m2 plot. The garden is tastefully furnished and there are various terraces and a veranda which can be closed off bordering the living room. There is also a roof terrace where you have a great view of the surrounding area and even the Psiloritis, at an elevation of nearly 2500 metres, the highest mountain on Crete. The villa is located at the edge of the village of Loutra and in and around the house your have a view of the permanently green valley with olive trees and you have a good view of the sea. There is something for everyone to do in the area. 4 kilometres away there is a sandy beach more than 12 km long, with various bathing areas and all of the charm and bustle that comes with them. The lively city of Rethymnon is located approximately 10 km away. The nearby surroundings are suitable for walks. Whether you want to while away the hours on the beach, enjoy nature or shop and promenade in the town, its all within a reasonable distance. But even staying home is pleasant. Even at home you can have wonderful meals produced in the wonderfully equipped kitchen. There are cookbooks on hand for inspiration, and you can do all of your shopping in the area. There is a baker in the village, and on the road to Rethymnon there are various supermarkets. In the nearby village of Pigi there is an authentic Greek butcher who will cut your meat fresh for you. The Villa offers everything you can wish for in a holiday: a little piece of paradise on earth!

St. George Sykousis is serviced with good road access to all directions of the island.
