Csernely

This spacious, detached holiday home is at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is surrounded by an enormous garden, with fruit trees, of 3,800 m2. The holiday home is comfortably furnished and has a covered terrace. You'll find a small shop in the nearby village. The town of Ozd is 16 kilometres away and has a number of supermarkets. Zsilvasvarad is seven kilometres away. The National Lipizaner Stud Farm is there as are some restaurants. You have easy access to the Bukk National Park which is excellent for walking and mountain biking. The beautiful, baroque town of Eger is some 30 km away. Youll find interesting museums, an indoor swimming pool and historic churches there. This is an area where much wine is produced and there are many wine tastings for you to enjoy. The Aggtelek stalactite caves are well worth a visit. As Csernely is so close to the Czech border, a day trip to the High Tatra Mountains is highly recommended.

You can also cook outside in the traditional cooking pot. The property (3,000 m2) around the villa is enclosed so you dont have to worry that the children or pets will wander off. There is even a special outdoor run for the dogs! There is a beautiful fruit orchard on the property. The orchard borders the Bükk Mountains nature area, ideal for walkers and other nature lovers. The town of Csernely, where the villa is located, has a number of small shops and terraces. In the summer you can swim in Lake Arló (12 km), which is fed from an underground hot spring. The microclimate around the lake is known throughout the world for its healing/curative properties for asthmatic complaints. In the winter you can Nordic ski and Alpine ski, for example in Bankut (20 km), where there are 8 slopes and various gondolas. For cultural excursions, Szilvásvárad (6 km) is highly recommended.
