Koedijk is located approximately 5 km's north of Alkmaar. This renovated monumental holiday home on the 'Noordhollands' Canal, between the polders. You can reach the beaches of Met Egmond and Bergen aan Zee in 15 minutes by car. The historical centre of Alkmaar is also a mere fifteen minutes away by bike. You can use two bikes free of charge. The house is modernly and comfortable furnished. Behind the house, you find an area with a pooltable, tabletennis and there is also a small stream with a rowing boat to make boat trips on the water. Furthermore, next to the house, there is a garden with a terrace and a small playground for the children. Details: The first floor can be reached by a rather steep staircase.
