Directly behind the dunes in a unique location within walking distance of the Zeeland Riviera you will find this lovely country house on a parcel of 5 hectares. You will reach the beach via a private forest path within a few minutes. Together with the beaches of Dishoek and Westkapelle, the beach of Zoutelande has the nickname the Zeeland Riviera. These are the only beaches in the Netherlands which are south facing, with the most hours of sun in the Netherlands! After a wonderful day of sun, sea and sand, you can enjoy the peace and space at the country house. Walking through the forest or in the fruit orchard, or just hitting a ball on the tennis court. The island of Walcheren offers many options for cycling, walking and horseback riding. The walking area in the dunes between Zoutelande and Vlissingen is varied and has beautiful views over the Westerschelde. The many expansive cycling paths run through characteristic and charming villages, over rustic country roads and through the lovely dunescape. The charming village of Zoutelande is about 2km away. The centre offers many shops and terraces. On the boulevard you have a view of the sea and you can really relax. Visit the oldest resort in Zeeland, Domburg (10 km) or the charming city of Vlissingen (8 km).
