Valthe lies 8 km north of Emmen. This small but cosy house (approx 75 m) is set in the grounds of the landlord approx 1km from the centre of Valthe. Ideally situated if you like quiet and space. De Monde

Valthermond lies 13 km north of Emmen. This peacefully situated, extremely spacious house(ca. 200 m) is located approx 2km from the small town of Valthermond. The house was previously occupied by the parents of the landlord, the father was an artist and the house is hung with several of his paintings. The house is modern and luxuriously furnished. Beautiful landscape garden with patio, garden furniture and a barbeque. Specifics: The former workshop at the first floor is now furnished as a large play-area (you have to bring toys and games yourself).

Kavelingen

This holiday home is just outside the village of Valthermond in the province of Drente. It is near a road. The home has open views and is comfortably furnished with a sauna and gas stove. You can enjoy pleasant walks and cycle rides in the local delightful scenery. You can explore the peat moors, the Hunebedden and the Hondsrug. There are many places of interest nearby such as the Hunebed centre in Borger, the walled town of Bourtange, the attractive city of Groningen and the Boomkroonpad.

Landgoed de Hereboerderij

De Hereboerderij country estate is in Bronneger, a picturesque village near Borger, in the province of Drente, The holiday home stands on a plot of more then 6 hectares with vast oak trees more then a century old. It is a naturally beautiful area with ponds and meadows with plenty of horses and sheep. The farm is completely original with ox-blood red floors, beamed ceilings and furniture from when the house was built in 1881. The area is very well suited for lovely country walks and bicycle rides. The Hunebedden and the Drouwenerzand can be reached in 5 minutes by foot and the walking route het Bijvoetpad runs along De Hereboerderij. A short bike ride brings you to the Staatsbossen woods with, amongst others, the Boomkroonpadand the Nye Hemelriek. There is also easy access to the Noorder Dierenpark (Zoo) in Emmen, the city of Groningen and the Drents Museum in Assen.

Bospark Lunsbergen

These single level, detached bungalows are in the Lunsbergen Holiday Park. They are surrounded by woods. The interiors are well kept and comfortable. All bungalows have an unenclosed garden with terrace and garden furniture.
