They are located on the owners rural estate near a farmhouse with dairy cattle but both offer plenty of privacy. The surrounding area with lots of space, peace and quiet and open space is excellent for bicycle rides or walks and is a paradise for nature lovers. The centre of Zelhem with its pleasant terraces, shops and restaurants is 700 meters away. The local authority offers various possibilities in the summer season (fairs, summer parties and so on).

Nieuw Wisselt

This comfortably furnished holiday residence is located in the Achterhoek of Gelderland, in the village of Zelhem. The holiday home is in a free and quiet area in a rural area and offers many options for enjoying the natural surroundings. Zelhem is called the green heart of the Achterhoek . Cycle the Six Landscape Route, which runs through six unique types of landscape. There are also many walking routes running through this rural environment. The centre of Zelhem, with many shops, restaurants and terraces, is about 2 km away.

This T-farm is located just outside the town Halle, split in 2 apartments and lies in the green heart of the Achterhoek. The apartment can be found on the property of the owner. In the surrounding you will find beautiful hiking and cycling routes and lovely villages and towns, such as: Bredevoort (book town), Bronkhorst (small town of the Netherlands), Doetinchem (pleasant shopping town), Ruurlo (labyrinth, outdoor swimming pool, with giant slide and salt water), Zutphen (old Hanseatic town), Doesburg (mustard town and hanseatic town), etc.

In `t Veurhuus

Quietly located in rural surroundings, in the front part of a farm-house (80m2), situated on main road. The owner of the cottage lives in the other part of the farm-house. The house is situated in a beautiful surrounding, ideal for biking trips and hiking, through cosy villages. To recommend for those who love the quietness.

`t Dwarshuus

In the green heart of the Achterhoek on the outskirts of the village Halle, you will find this cosy group apartment. This former back building of an old T-farmhouse has been transformed into a comfortable holiday accommodation equipped with many comforts. Children can play and make mischief to their heart's content on the farm, play with the cats, pet the rabbits or play on the swings or in the sand box. On the terrace, you can enjoy a drink and the free views on the fields. When the weather is not great, you can sit cosily around the open fire and the children can play in the play room on the first floor. This holiday home is located on the farmyard of the owner and perfectly suited for a cosy holiday or weekend break with the whole family. The surrounding region is perfect for cycling, walking and horseriding. The farm is located on a bridle path, which makes it ideal for horse lovers. At some 6km from the house the towns of Zelhem and Varsseveld offer various shops and restaurants. Pay also a visit to the book city Bredevoort (18km) or the smallest town of the Netherlands, Bronkhorst (22km). Shoppers can visit Doetinchem (12km) and you will find history in the old Hanse city Zutphen(25km). Additional information: Horse stabling (with field exercise) is possible. But there is also an outdoor manage.

De Eek

This historic farmhouse is in the IJssel Valley near the village of Steenderen in the Province of Gelderland. This luxurious group house is in one of the historic buildings. The home is comfortably furnished and full of atmosphere. The wooden cross-beams are a sign of the buildings authenticity. You can enjoy delightful, uninterrupted views of the surrounding meadows from the living area. The partly covered, enclosed courtyard allows you to be outside whatever the weather. There is plenty of space around the house for games. You can also enjoy the tranquillity of the area. Bronkhorst, the smallest city in the Netherlands, is around 4 km from the holiday home. It feels like times gone by in the ancient, small streets. The surrounding area is perfect for delightful walks and cycle rides (bicycles rentable by houseowner). Go-cards can be rented for free. The spacious kitchen has two fridges, a six burner cooker and a professional dishwasher. The owner lives on the farm next door.

You can now rent a "small house on water" on Dorado Beach. This is an ideal place to enjoy the water and the scenery. You can enjoy all the facilities of Dorado Beach and discover the interesting ?Achterhoek? area. There are many opportunities for day trips in the surrounding area. You can visit the Hanseatic cities of Deventer, Doesburg and Zutphen. Historic Arnhem, Apeldoorn and Doetinchem are also nearby. You'll find a lower level living room on the ground floor with lovely views of the water. The small dining area can be converted into an extra bedroom. There is a stylish designer kitchen with large larders, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. It?s all complemented by a luxury shower and toilet. The spacious terraces on the front and rear deck can be reached by wide gangways. The delightful terraces are a wonderful way to relax and enjoy the scenery. Entrance is by four doors, on each of the four sides of the "small house". You should bring a quilt or a sleeping bag yourself. Or hire one for 12 Euro per person.
