The peaceful location along a nature area is ideal for peace and nature lovers. National Park De Mijnweg is a stone throw away. The Maasplassen are within approx. 5km and suitable to water sports. More than enough possibilities in the surrounding and in and around the house, highly recommended! IMPORTANT: Groups of young people, students, bachelor and stag parties are prohibited in the house. This is due to the tranquility of the area and in order to maintain the houses good reputation. The house is part of a quiet rural village. If you wish to enjoy loud parties, this accomodation and area are not for you. The use of your own sound equipment and playing music outside is prohibited.

This cosy apartment is located in Roosteren, Limburg, in the green belt of the Netherlands. A communal entrance leads to the comfortable apartment on the first floor. Roosteren is located in an extensive network of cycling and walking paths. Due to its location in the narrowest part of the Netherlands you can walk from Belgium to Germany in one hour. The landscape is shaped by the Maas river. There are many leisure opportunities on or along the water. Pay also a visit to Belgian Maaseik at only 1,5km from the apartment. The numerous terraces, restaurants and diversified cultural attractions are definitely worth a visit.
