There is a lovely little playground in the grounds. It has a trampoline, table tennis, a football game, play equipment and some mini-horses. Rosmol

This detached newly built holiday house (210m2) on a villa park lies against the German border in the village De Lutte,, close to the A1. Ideal for peace lovers, hikes, cycling and the nature. Discover one the most beautiful area of Twente. Diverse hiking and cycling routes are possible in this woody surrounding. The beautiful nature area the Lutterzand where the rivulet Dinkel has a free scope. A bit over the border you will find the splendid Bad Bentheim with its beautiful castle and swimming pool (health spa).

De Roos

This comfortable apartment is in the Twente countryside. The holiday home is furnished in a contemporary style and is equipped with all modern conveniences. You can enjoy charming views over the fields from the apartment as far as Germany. The "Roos" holiday home is on the first floor. The De Lelie holiday home is on the first floor. It has a balcony with views of the Keampke grounds. You can enjoy these grounds. The surrounding, extensive countryside is perfect for delightful cycle rides and long walks. There are four more holiday homes in the grounds.

Op Oale Groond

This holiday home is located near the German border in the Overijssel village of "de Lutte". The holiday residence is charmingly furnished with various ornaments. From the residence you have a beautiful view of the garden and pond and over the meadows behind it. Perhaps you will be lucky and there will be Drente heath sheep grazing in the meadow. The village centre of de Lutte, with lovely shops and charming terraces is nearby, only 10 minutes by foot. The home is charmingly hidden in the rural Twente landscape. There are many hiking and cycling trails that lead you past beautiful spots and special sights. You can take the kids to the covered play paradise Kids City in Borne (about 25 km) or to the Nordhorn Zoo (about 22 km, Germany). Visit the castle in Bad Bentheim (about 18 km, Germany) Op Oale Grond; a lovely destination in Overijssel!

North-east Twente. At the west side of the German border cosiness still reigns. Enjoy the hospitality in these accommodations. You are free to plan your stay to your own requirements. We offer various arrangements for 10-24 persons, but you can obviously book accommodation on a self-catering basis too. De Linde sleeps 24 persons maximum. There is a well equipped kitchen, a pleasant living room with a stove, TV, video and DVD player; via the patio doors you go out onto the terrace. There are 7 bedrooms with a wash basin and excellent sanitary installations. Everything is on the ground floor. We offer various arrangements for 10-30 persons, but you can obviously book accommodation on a self-catering basis too. De Beuk is suitable for groups of up to 24 persons. There is a well equipped kitchen, a pleasant living room with a stove, TV, video and DVD player. You access the terrace through the garden doors. There are ten bedrooms. 5 bedrooms on the ground floor with their own sanitary installation, and 5 upstairs with wash basin. There are 8 bedrooms with their own sanitary installation, 4 on the ground floor and 4 upstairs. There is also a cosy old-fashioned bedroom here. The group accommodation is suitable for groups of 10 to a maximum of 43 persons. It has a pleasant recreational/dining room, kitchen and 14 bedrooms with only single beds. Good sanitary facilities, and also a disabled shower/toilet. There is a large sport/play field for football and volleyball for example, play installations, trampoline, ping-pong tables, etc. Located between Losser and Oldenzaal, at 7 km from the German border.
