The surrounding area offers a variety of possibilities; a golf course, tennis court and children's farm are all close by. Biesbosch nature reserve (approx.15km) is definitely worth a visit! Admire the district from the water (Cast off for the boat trip at Drimmelen, 12km), cycle along the towpaths or ramble down a few of the numerous footpaths (some of them accessible only by water). A great experience for young and old alike! Children can amuse themselves at ?de Efteling? theme park (approx. 20km) or 'de Beekse Bergen? safari park (20km).

Leijsen Hoeve

This thatched farmhouse with two holiday apartments is situated on the grounds of a working farm in the town of Oosterhout, in the Dutch province of Brabant. The location offers plenty of privacy as well as a lovely view of the surrounding countryside. Oosterhout's historic city centre offers a variety of drinking and dining options as well as a covered shopping centre. You can also pay a visit to the charming and picturesque city of Breda to experience Brabant hospitality at its many restaurants, bars and pavement cafes. The villas are the more luxurious of the accommodations.
