This beautiful old farmhouse was built around 1650. It is one of a number on the 'Landgoed Rozendaal' Country Estate. The estate covers 295 hectares and nature is protected here. It is between the villages of Montfort and Sint Joost in Middle-Limburg. The farmhouse is divided into two holiday homes. The Heerenhof has its own terrace at the back of the house which looks out over fields and meadows. There are many places here where you can enjoy sheer tranquillity and delightful scenery. This is an ideal place for leaving the hustle and bustle of daily life behind and enjoying a step back in time. The surrounding area is well known for its bright red poppies, heath lands, cornflowers and 'De Vlootbeek', a small brook which runs through the country estate. Please note: The top floor of the house is unsuitable for less mobile people due to its beam construction.

Oberon

This bungalow is in a holiday park near the village of Herkenbosch. The village is in the province of Limburg and is in the heart of Meinweg National Park. The holiday park has many facilities. These include two heated open-air swimming pools with slides and a sunbathing area. There is also a beach pool, pedal boats, a fishing pond, mini-golf and a children's farm. The park has its own supermarket, restaurant, party café and discotheque. You'll find plenty to do in the surrounding area. You can enjoy interesting excursions to the Maas Plassen with its various water sports, the White Town of Thorn, the Arcen Castle Gardens, the Toverland Amusement Park in the town of Sevenum and the city of Roermond. The Meinweg National Park is excellent for walking and cycling.

Klein Paarlo

At a property named 'Klein Paarlo' you will find this newly rebuild, well furnished coach-house. The property has pasture, forest, aswamp, an orchard and a garden. The country is calm and is excellent for walking, cycling (the 'Knooppuntroute'- 'Junctionstour') and horsebacktrips (possibility to put up the horse in the pasture). The city of Roermond (10km) has a nice, historical centre and the Outlet-shoppingcentre, which is definitely worthwile a visit.

Groot Mortelshof

Located in the region of Limburg, in quiet and hilly surroundings, this atmospheric and very spacious holiday home. From the (roof) terrace you have a great, wide view over the surrounding fields and woods. This quiet and rural area is perfect for beautiful walking and cycling trips. Nature area the Meinweg and the Pieterpad (to Maastricht) are nearby. There are also many water sports facilities on the Maasplassen (3 km) nearby. Also visit Roermond(10 km), with its historical town centre and the famous Outlet-shopping centre, which are definitely worth it. This location is also a good starting point for day trips to Germany and Belgium.
