This holiday home is a part of a residential farm in the outlying area of Sint Maartensdijk, on the Zeeland island of Tholen. The home is located on a quiet path in a rural environment and is a perfect location for peace, space and nature. About 2.5 km away from the town of Sint Maartensdijk. The canals, walls and gates in the town are absolutely worth a visit, as are the corn mills. The many rustic dikes and polder paths on the island of Tholen are perfect for cyclists and walkers. The Oosterschelde National Park is located a short distance away. This unique area with very good water quality and kilometres of dikes has much to offer. Water sports lovers can dive, snorkel, fish, sail, surf and swim. For those who want to stay on land can relax on the coast or cycle on the cycling path. The Grevelingen dam with an expansive recreation beach is 25 minutes away by car. Through its central location, Tholen is within reach of the towns of Middelburg, Vlissingen, Antwerp, Rotterdam and Breda, all within an hour's drive. The charming town of Bergen op Zoom, with its many shops and restaurants is within a 25 minute drive.
