This atmospheric thatched house is located in 'Waterdorp het Schildmeer', a mini park situated next to a quiet road amidst the green heart of Groningen, in extended grounds and gorgeous nature areas. The house is located on the Schild lake, on a plot of ca. 300 m2 and has its own mooring for two ships (depth approx. 1.50m), with swimming steps and garden shower. From your holiday home you will have access to the open waters to Appingedam, Groningen and the Wadden. You can also use a Canadian canoe (for a small fee). You can hire a boat in the adjacent yachting harbour. The apartment is atmospheric, very comfortable and ultimately suitable for water sports fans, or those looking for tranquillity. You will reach gorgeous nature areas during cycling, walking or canoe trips.
