This floating holiday home looks like a small 1920's house. It has a tiled roof, chimney, clinker-built sides and a terrace with French windows. The nostalgic outside conceals a modern interior equipped with every comfort such as a spacious bathroom, kitchen and a comfortable living area. There are a number of good sized sleeping areas on the upper floor. The home has a roomy front and rear deck complete with a sturdy flagpole. A boating licence is not necessary but you will need to have some boat experience. Whether you are experienced enough will be decided during the instruction. The floating holiday home can also be hired moored in the harbour. The service charges consist of a compulsory contribution for final cleaning, the gas cylinder, insurances and instruction. After your stay, this floating holiday home will checked and refueled. Costs of refueling will be taken off your security deposit and the balance will be paid into your bank account.
