How about a long weekend on the island of Texel with the family? Perhaps you'd like a break with a group of friends or colleagues? The new family villas in the De Krim Holiday Park are for you. The villas will be ready in mid 2009, so why not be the first to enjoy them? The villas are laid out like a small village. Most are near an attractive water feature. The villas are spacious, luxurious and comfortably furnished. The bedrooms have very comfortable, top quality beds. The living room has a flat screen TV. There is a designer gas stove. The detached villas for 20 people (NL-1795-13) consist of two attached 10 person villas (NL-1795-14). There is a connection between the villas. These new villas are perfect for large groups who want luxury and comfort.

De Krim

Holiday Park De Krim offers a wide variety of accommodations. There are comfortable 4 person chalets. There is a type with a sauna and a type suitable for the less mobile. The chalets are located in a dune area at the edge of a body of water. There are seven different types of bungalow from 4 to 8 persons in a white and a brown variation. Then there are also the charming and luxurious family villas. These are characterized by the characteristics gables and are arranged in a sort of Texel village. Most villas border the water. All variants have a dishwasher, garden with terrace and garden furniture and are well maintained and fully furnished.

Balsemien

On the edge of De Koog at the forest and dune, approximately 300 of the North Sea beaches you will find this cosy furnished apartment. Texel is eminently the (Waddeneiland) Frisian Island; it offers a beautiful beach, lovely shops, cafés and restaurants and during the summer period a variety of activities.

Residentie Californië

These well maintained and fully furnished apartments are distributed over two buildings and are situated on the first and/or second floors. You have use of a balcony with garden furniture.

Villapark Bleekerscoogh

Rural situated along the edge of The Koog, you will find the splendid detached thatch covered coutry houses of 100m2 furnished comfortably for 6 persons. Please notice: This accommodation is for 6 persons only. It is not possible to bring a 7th person, even if it is a baby.

Kustpark Texel

These brand new, detached country houses stand on "Kustpark Texel". The peacefully located houses (6-pers. NL-1796-09 and 4-pers. NL-1796-08) were built in a maritime country house style and are blessed with a view of either the woods or the farmlands. All country houses are detached and have a spacious garden with terrace and garden furniture. Some houses even have more than one terrace. Deluxe and complete interior. Many bungalows have luxurious extras including a DVD-player, a video player or a washing machine; you couldn't ask for anything more. Furthermore, most of the 6-pers. houses (NL-1796-09) have an atmospheric fireplace (gas) and several have a wood-burning stove. Some of the 4-pers. houses (NL-1796-08) have a sauna and shower on the ground floor. The interiors can vary. Pets are on request ( 4 per night + compulsory final cleaning). On request you can also rent a toddlers package (child's bed and child's high chair 10 per stay) and/or a baby package (cot, child's high chair, child's bath and play pen 20 per stay).

Mienthuis

This detached holiday residence is located on the green side of spa town De Koog on Texel, in a small scale bungalow park. The family park, with a total of 9 holiday residences, is located between the village and the de Nederlanden , de Muy and de Slufter nature areas. The holiday residence is comfortably furnished and has a spacious south facing terrace. There is an open play area for children with various equipment in front of the residence. The centre of de Koog is about a 10 minute walk away from the residence. The residence is also near one of the most beautiful dune regions in the Netherlands. The beach is only a ten minute walk from the residence. The island is best explored on foot or by bike. There are many walking routes where you will always be surprised by the beautiful nature. For cyclists, the path along the Waddenzee with a view of the water is highly recommended. EXTRA INFORMATION: Youths (up to 25 years of age) are welcome when one of the parents is present during the stay.

The carefully furnished apartments have various layouts. There are ground floor studios (NL-1796-13) and 2-4 pers. apartments (NL-1796-14) both with terrace. On the first floor there are 2-4 pers. apartments (NL-1796-15) and the larger 4 pers. apartments (NL-1796-16) both with terrace. You also have use of garden furniture on the terrace.

Hoeve Landleven

Do you want to enjoy your privacy during your holiday, but without a large luxurious house? Then these charmingly furnished semi-detached holiday homes are ideal. All houses have a south facing terrace with garden furniture. From the terrace you have a wonderful overview of the characteristic Texel landscape. The kitchen isn't large, but is equipped with all amenities, such as a dishwasher and combi-oven. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms with shower. For the littlest ones, there is a wooden children's bed and high chair. A washing machine rounds out the amenities.
