Korchan

This beautiful, traditional chalet is in the Mala Fatra Mountains. It is in Korchan, a small village 5 km from the town of Cadca. The 220 m chalet was built in 2005. The holiday home is in a lovely quiet area surrounded by woods and meadows. It shares a large plot of land with 3 identical chalets. This chalet lies at the highest point, beside the woods and the village ski run. It has been newly furnished throughout. There is a large covered terrace of 65 m and 800 m of grounds. The area is perfect for walking and cycling. There are well laid-out mountain biking routes. Fishing is 3 km away and fly-fishing is 4 km. There are a number of spas, saunas and aqua-parks such as the day-spa Rajec Teplice (5 km) and the Aquapark Tatralandia, with attractions for the whole family. The large winter sports area, Velka Raca, is 15 km away. There is lots to do here in summer and winter. You can enjoy survival slides, horse riding, quad biking, cable cars, toboggan slides and plenty of childrens activities. You can also enjoy the tranquillity and rich green landscape of the Slovakian mountains.
