Rural detached cottage in the Slovakian countryside. The house was built in 1976 and served as a wine hut to store the wine produced on the property behind the home. The cottage has rustic furnishings and modern facilities. The holiday home is surrounded by greenery and vineyards and is built on a slope. The sun terrace is ideal, and you can access it from the living room on the first floor. Enjoy the beautiful view from the terrace and admire the wild plants and animals such as the wild orchids, hawks, foxes, wild boar and deer. You have a large private garden with a barbeque behind the house. The summer is perfect for a stay in Slovakia thanks to the warm country climate, and through the pine trees around the house, youll always find a spot in the shade. When the temperature drops you can gather around the wood stove. The cottage in is southern Slovakia, near the Hungarian border (2 km). The Hungarian capital of Budapest is only 100 km away, and is a great excursion option. The village of Banska Stiavnica is highly recommended, as it is on the UNESCO world heritage site list (70 km).
