You will enjoy complete calm and privacy here. There are splendid panoramic views of the valley with the sea in the background. The (4.5m x 10m) swimming pool is surrounded by a large sun terrace with delightful views. There is a separate outside shower with toilet and wash-hand basin. The villa is a few minutes by car from San José (about 8 km.) and around 18 km from Ibiza Town. There are many attractive beaches in the nearby area such as Cala Tarida, Cala Jondal, La Cala Virgen and Es Torrent. They are all good for food. The living area is in typical Spanish style. It is welcoming and comfortable. It has two large sofas around an open fireplace and a dining area. The master bedroom is reached from the living area. It has a double bed and French windows which lead onto the terrace. The bathroom has a small bath, shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet. There are two twin bedrooms at the other side of the living area. They share a bathroom. The spacious, light kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hob, oven, large fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen has dining furniture and opens onto the terrace. The washing machine is in the garage. In this garage is an extra bathroom.

Villa Romeral

A charming 2-storey villa with a private swimming pool situated 7km from the main town of Comares, Málaga. It is located in a completely secluded area in the country side of the Costa del Sol within a 12.000 m2 plot of land. Sometimes you discover an absolute gem and Casa Preciosa is definitely one. This beautiful house truly deserves its name. The house is just outside the village of s?Alqueria Blanca on the east coast of Majorca. Even the tiles in the courtyard and the corridor, familiarly called "La corriente", are original. Donkeys used to be lead along this passage to access the barn behind the house. The decoration and equipment of the house is simple but very stylish and authentic, including many collector's items gathered and restaured by the owner. The house is divided into 2 parts: The main house includes a living-room with traditional chimney , a simple kitchen with dining table, a 3-ring gas burner, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. From the living-room, you can access the courtyard (patio) where you'll find a BBQ and a laundry-corner in the former barn. At the end of the courtyard, you will find the former haybarn, which is only accessible from the courtyard and can only be rented together with the main house.
