This chalet is in a beautiful position high above the Torrentalp Valley. It at an altitude of 1900 metres. This is a genuine mountain village. The whole community celebrates the Feast of the Ascension of Mary on the 15th of August every year. It's a big event. The area is a hiker's and walker's paradise. There is seating in front of the house. The chalet enjoys south-facing views. There is an Alpine meadow and parking space beside the chalet. The chalet has no fridge but has a cold cellar. Energy is supplied by solar panels, heating is wood fired. This is the perfect place for lovers of mountains and those seeking tranquillity. The double bed in one of the bedrooms is 1.40 metres wide. The town of Leukerbad is at an altitude of 1411 metres and is a popular holiday destination. The name Bad (Bath) comes from the town's medicinal hot springs. Leukerbad has a number of older chalets in Wallisser style. You will also see more tall buildings, hotels and apartments. There is a more fashionable night life.

This house was built in 1877 and is a beautiful position. It has recently been completely renovated. The house is at an altitude of 1275 metres and is in a central location in the village. There are three pleasantly furnished holiday homes in the house. All holiday homes have a south-west facing balcony. There is a large shared garden, covered seating area, balcony and parking space.

This house was built in 1877 and is a beautiful position. It has recently been completely renovated. The house is at an altitude of 1275 metres and is in a central part of the village. There are three pleasantly furnished holiday homes in the house. All holiday homes have a south-west facing balcony. There is a large shared garden, covered seating area, balcony and parking space. Albinen is a small mountain village at an altitude of 1500 metres. It is between Leuk and Leukerbad and surrounded by the slopes of the Rhone valley. Time has stood still in this authentic mountain village. Even the paving is as it was in 1500. The houses are close together with small rock paths in between. The paths are sloping, so please take good shoes with you. A bus service operates every ten minutes to Leukerbad.
