Arosa is located at the foot of the Weisshorn (2650m), at the Obersee. The village, which is at the end of the Schanfiggdal is located at a height from 1742 until 1775m. Arosa is a sunny and worldly holiday village near Chur-Davos, in the Swiss town of Graubünden against the Italian border. It is also a spa town for people wih long problems. The apartment complex in which this apartment is located, is in the middle of the village, at less than 100 m walking distance of the ski lifts. Also cafés, restaurants and wellness facilities are within close vicinity of the apartment. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a large balcony with a view over the mountains. There is a shopping gallery on the ground floor. Every apartment disposes of a parking spot in the garage under the complex. Besides from skiing during winter, this destination offers various other activities, such as ice skating, cross country skiing, hiking or simply enjoying the sun. Also during the summer, this is a wonderful place; hikers, mountain climbers, mountain bikers and those looking for peace and quiet will have a great time here!
