Hohtenn is a small mountain village 825 metres in elevation and located just above the village of Steg. You approach Hohtenn by riding the KanderstegGoppenstein car train down and turning to the left just before Steg. The house is located in the midst of this authentic village near the church with a beautiful view of the Rhone Valley. It is an authentic Wallis house with a great deal of wood and you have the house all to yourself, you park 50 metres from the house, but you can drive up to 10 metres from the house to unload. The house consists of two floors, and you reach the ground floor via a small stair where the childrens room with bunk bed is located as well as the parents bedroom and bathroom. The furnishings are well looked after. You are situated in the midst of the Wallis vineyards and in a central location, from where you can reach the Berner Oberland quickly, but can also be in Italy in a day.
