This new connected villa is located in the pretty Seaside complex, at 2 minutes' walk from the beach, with a beautiful and free sea view. There is a 195 m2 communal freshwater swimming pool, a 20 m2 children pool and well maintained communal gardens which offer ample space for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing. The Seaside complex is located along the beach of Calis and has fabulous sea views. A perfect place to experience the breathtaking sun set behind the islands of Fethiye. At only 40m from the beach, the scent of the Mediterranean Sea will waft over your terrace. At a short distance away the local dolmus will take you to Fethiye and the nearby villages and cities for very little money. You will find various shops, restaurants and bars in the centre of Calis - within walking distance. From Fethiye boating trips leave daily to the 12 islands before the coast and you can enjoy the beautiful nature. A visit to a Turkish bath is recommended. You could make many excursions, for example to breathtaking Olüdeniz where you can do paragliding; Saklikent where you can cool off from the tropical heat in the ice cold water and go rafting; Thlos and its ruins; Dalyan, famous for its mud baths and tortoises (also a good place to go fishing). Excursions of several days to Ephesus/Pamukkale and even Rhodes are definitely worth it. The water sports enthusiasts will find all they need here: windsurfing, sailing, (deep sea) fishing, diving, etc.

This comfortably furnished apartment is located in Fethiye, Turkey on the Aegean coast. The apartment has its own terrace and balcony, is situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors and has a view of the garden with its swimming pool and kiddie pool. About 3.5 km away, the centre of Fethiye, a harbour town, has managed to preserve its traditional Turkish character. Stroll through the narrow little streets with their many bazaars and pay a visit to a Turkish teahouse or enjoy the ultimate relaxation of a Turkish bath. The many souvenir shops selling leather, carpets, clothing, jewellery and other souvenirs are open late into the evening. Fethiye's large yacht harbour is in a lovely bay with countless little islands. The long sandy beach of Çalis is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. A beautiful 2 km promenade runs alongside the beach, where you can enjoy a pleasant stroll past a variety of restaurants and shops. Çalis retains its relaxed atmosphere even in the busy summer months. Not far from Fethiye is the famed Ölüdeniz beach. Considered one of the world's most beautiful beaches, it's no wonder that its snow-white sand and azure waters served as the backdrop for parts of the famous film 'The Blue Lagoon'.
