The holiday home's living room and two bedrooms enjoy a delightful view of the sea and the Greek islands. The terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the private swimming pool. The holiday home has every modern convenience and is two kilometres from a pebble beach. The beach is also accessible on foot. However, this is along a sloping road due to the villa's elevated position. Because of differences in elevation the villa is less suitable for people with walking difficulties. ATTENTION: For an arrival and/or departure outside of the indicated times, a surplus of 25 euro will be charged by the home owner.

The semi-detached holiday home is situated in a small complex in Gümüslük near Bodrum. The sea is at only 2,5km. The holiday home is comfortable and offers facilities for a relaxed holiday, for example a communal swimmingpool and tropical garden. In Gümüslük you will find a beautiful natural bay and restaurants and bars. The centre of Bodrum is at 35km, the airport at ca. 65km. The surrounding of the holiday home offers many sports activities. The Turgutreis bus station is at 7 km. from where you can explore the area. In case you would like to spend your vacation with more people, you can rent house Gümüsluk (TR-48300-01) for 6 people additionally. This holiday house is situated at the same urbanization in Gümüsluk, only 100m away. Both holiday houses together offer room for 12 people.

Villa Begonya

The holiday home is located in the holiday complex Yeni Villakent, against the hills of the Gümüslük region. The holiday home has pretty private garden (80m2) with small palm trees, roses and jasmine. From the spacious roofed terrace you have great sea views and views on the islands of Leros and Kalymnos. The holiday home is fully equipped and has air conditioning in the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. It is quietly located in the holiday complex where you can use the communal swimming pool (18x30m.) with paddling pool and jacuzzi. At approx. 500m there is a bay with various bars and restaurants. In the direct proximity there are many attractions like Gümüslük, the former Myndos, ruins of an ancient underwater city, the Knights of St John citadel St. Peter, the deep sea archaeology museum and the museum of King Mausolos. The ferry takes you to the Greek island Kos. Attention: free wireless internet is only to use outside at the communal swimmingpool.
