The Long Beach near Kusadasi is 1200m away, it consists of several larger and smaller beaches dotted along the magnificent coast line. You will find many bars, shops and restaurants here. The centre of Kusadasi is approx. 10 km away. A dolmus (bus) stops in front of the villa park and brings you to the centre of Kusadasi for a few pennies. The city still has an authentic centre with a beautiful harbour where international cruise ships stop. Ephese is 20 km away - an ancient harbour town where many buildings from the antiquity have been preserved. International airports like Izmir (100 km) and Bodrum (120 km) ensure good accessibility. Other attractions in the region are for example Didim, Pamukkale, Samos, a national park (Milli Park) and three aqua parks. You can also enjoy water sports or make a boat trip along the coast. And you can paint the town red in Kusadasi until the wee hours in one of the many discotheques and bars. The accommodation is equipped with central heating and an open fire for the colder winter months - which makes it perfect for a full winter stay.

This newly built villa (2007) is in private grounds with five other holiday homes.The villa has a private swimmingpool, and there is also a shared swimming pool with a small childrens pool. The home is in the seaside town of Kusadasi on the sunny west coast of Turkey. You can relax and enjoy yourself here all year round. The beach is called Long Beach and is only a 10 minute walk away. You can be there in just a few minutes on the Dolmus bus. Villa Sakiz lies between Izmir Airport (80 km) and Bodrum Airport (120 km). The surrounding area is attractive for lovers of culture and scenery. There are many attractions nearby. The Mili Park National Park is around 15 km and the Efeze excavations are 20 km away. There are many exciting water parks. Adaland Waterpark is 8 km, Aqua Fantasy is 10 km and there is a thermal spa only 6 km away. There are daily boat trips from Kusadasi to the many beautiful bays nearby.

From the park you look right out over the sea and the Greek island of Samos. The villa is stylishly furnished. The modern furniture creates a charming atmosphere. The spacious kitchen will lure you in to prepare wonderful meals, and there is also a barbeque at your disposal. The home has a covered terrace where you can read a book in the shade. This villa is ideal for a family with children. The childrens room is furnished in style, and the kids will love to sleep here. If the Turkish sun gets too hot, you can take a cooling dip in the communal swimming pool. Or would you rather swim in the sea? No problem, there is a beautiful beach only 1 km away. There is also air conditioning in the home. The town of Kusadasi is 15 km away. There you can enjoy the many shops and restaurants. Other sights in the area are the ancient city of Ephesus (20 km) and the Milli Park national park (8 km). The Waterpark Adaland (8 km) and Aqua Fantasy (10 km) are great for the kids.
