Spelland Barn

A fabulous detached barn conversion with origins dating from the 16th Century, located in the grounds of a beautiful Oast House on 30 acres of fields, paddocks and woodland. This house is approximately half mile from the village of Brede and approximately seven miles from the ancient historic Cinque Port of Rye and seaside town of Hastings. Kings Bank Oast

This lovely detached Oast House is one of a few properties along a narrow lane outside the medieval village of Beckley. It is set within a large garden backing onto the owner's grassland and woodland estate - beyond which is extensive woodland with free access for walking and cycling. Seaside and inland sporting, recreational and cultural attractions for all ages are within easy reach and there is an excellent superstore in nearby Peasmarsh.
