Beudy Bach Barn

This pretty little stone-built barn lies on aworking farm on the edge of The Brecon Beacons close to The Black Mountain with excellent walking straight from the door. The barn has recently been well converted to a warm and comfortable cottage. A newly fitted kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, small freezer, dining table and chairs. The sitting room is comfortable and warm with two sofas, one of which will convert to a sofa bed with a special ?memory foam mattress?, a TV with DVD and SKY Plus package. Upstairs to a large bedroom with a fine king sized bed, great views over the hills, the farm and forest out of the windows and an en suite bathroom with a shower, a bath, handbasin and toilet.

Old School

Old School Cottage is a very well renovated cottage, warm and comfortable with attractive furnishing. The cottage is one of four terraced dwellings which formed part of the 'Old School' built in 1862. Only a few minutes walk down the lane is the River Tawe beside which is a lovely riverside park with an activity play area for children, a picnic and BBQ area. There are lovely walks along the river and some Trout and Salmon fishing is available locally. The 'Dan yr Ogof Show Caves' are just a few minutes drive north, next to Craig-y-Nos Castle and Country Park run by The National Parks. In Abercrave you will find some pubs and a hotel serving good food. Brecon and the coastal city of Swansea are both 30 minutes drive, local shops and supermarkets are situated in nearby Ystradgynlais (5 minutes).
