The Barn

Every effort has been made to ensure the comfort of guests in this beautiful, detached converted barn next to the owner's Oast house. It is located in a quiet lane, yet within 10 minutes walk of Tonbridge High Street with its selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. Castle Park has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, boat trips and play area for children. Fast trains to London (35 minutes) and the south coast is only 30 miles away. Hever and Leeds Castles, Chartwell, Ightham Mote, Sissinghurst and many other places of historical interest are within easy reach.

Thatches

Thatches is set in several acres of grounds on the edge of the picturesque village of Brenchley. Thatches is approached via a private drive which leads to a paved courtyard where there is parking for at least three cars. Outside, the mature and mainly level garden is partially fenced, lined with trees and hedges, with areas of lawn and fruit trees providing lovely large spaces for children to play. Thatches is more of a family home than a holiday cottage. Available when the owner is not using it themselves, Thatches is an impressive house with a classic thatched roof. This property is a very practical family home and makes a superb base for a relaxing holiday for up to 5 adults and 2 children.

Town Farm Oast

Sitting in the heart of the historic and attractive village of Brenchley is newly renovated Town Farm Oast. Elegantly furnished and very well equipped, this character property is an exceptional holiday home. Brenchley lies some six miles to the east of Royal Tunbridge Wells. Surrounded by orchards and farmland, the village is right in the middle of the Weald of Kent and in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Many of the houses surrounding the green date back to the 18th century and several have the typical Kentish construction of timber frames with white weatherboarding. The Oast, with it's roundel forming a superb sitting room and master bedroom has a sun trap patio garden and plenty of off road parking.

Stable Cottage

This excellent stable cottage has been imaginatively converted, renovated and furnished to a high standard. The accommodation is superb, carefully designed to a high standard of craftsmanship and a wealth of oak beams and natural materials. It is quite private, extremely well appointed and comfortable, located in a rural and peaceful area, yet close to all amenities. The Hop Farm Country Park is very close, wonderful Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone with its many attractions are 15 minutes away, historic Canterbury 45 minutes and Dover 1 hour by car. The railway station at Paddock Wood is ideal for trains to London (40 minutes).

The Tack Room

Set in the heart of a working farm is this great little cottage - once the original tack room for the farm horses harnesses. Sit and relax by the pond and gaze across the orchards after a day visiting all the gardens, National Trust properties, vineyards and local beauty spots. The nearby village of Marden with two pubs, restaurants, post office and grocers shops has its own station for trains to London (45 mins) and the coast so you couldn't be better placed to discover all about Kent and East Sussex.
