Berllan Barn

This well converted barn, situated next to the owner?s cottage, is set in 10 acres of landscaped gardens where visitors are free to walk, with superb views of the Table and Sugar Loaf Mountains. It is situated on The Ffawyddog, a hillside above Crickhowell and 1 mile up from the village of Llangattock. Both have many good restaurants and pubs and this is an ideal location for riding, caving, canoeing, sailing, climbing and walking. Crickhowell 2 miles and Abergavenny 7 miles.

Holmes End

A newly built traditional style stone cottage, built from reclaimed old stone, with a pretty courtyard. Conveniently located in the village of Llangattock, opposite a lovely safe park, a beech wood walk, the Canal towpath and the River Usk - all within two minutes walk and Llangattock Hillside has miles of uninterrupted walking. There are two good pubs in the village - The Vine Tree provides excellent food. Crickhowell, with its local shops, boutiques and cafes, 1 mile. Abergavenny 7 miles, Brecon 12 miles.

The Sandunes 2

Step off your private decking onto the sand and wander down to the sea or enjoy the panoramic views from your first floor sitting room. This wonderful apartment has a downstairs shower room - so you can wash the sand from between your toes as you leave the seven mile long beach. Whether winter or summer - Sandunes offers a truly great holiday experience. Historic Rye is only a few miles away should you tire of beach-combing, kite surfing or just making sand castles...

The Barn

Every effort has been made to ensure the comfort of guests in this beautiful, detached converted barn next to the owner's Oast house. It is located in a quiet lane, yet within 10 minutes walk of Tonbridge High Street with its selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. Castle Park has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, boat trips and play area for children. Fast trains to London (35 minutes) and the south coast is only 30 miles away. Hever and Leeds Castles, Chartwell, Ightham Mote, Sissinghurst and many other places of historical interest are within easy reach.

Beudy Bach Barn

This pretty little stone-built barn lies on aworking farm on the edge of The Brecon Beacons close to The Black Mountain with excellent walking straight from the door. The barn has recently been well converted to a warm and comfortable cottage. A newly fitted kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, small freezer, dining table and chairs. The sitting room is comfortable and warm with two sofas, one of which will convert to a sofa bed with a special ?memory foam mattress?, a TV with DVD and SKY Plus package. Upstairs to a large bedroom with a fine king sized bed, great views over the hills, the farm and forest out of the windows and an en suite bathroom with a shower, a bath, handbasin and toilet.

Cui Hen Beudy

Cui Hen Beudy is situated in a very sunny sheltered position and is just across the meadow to the ever popular Cui Cottage. One of the cottages is a newly converted cow barn - all on one level with WHEELCHAIR ACCESS; bathroom with powershower and a ramp for wheelchairs into the barn. Both cottages can be booked together for a larger party. Well equipped and surrounded by farmland approx mile from Talybont-on-Usk Village, the road passing the barn leads directly up onto the mountains and Blaen-y-Glyn waterfalls and Talybont Reservoir. There is salmon and trout fishing on 1 mile single bank stretch of the River Usk (suitable for 2 rods). Availability and cost to be discussed with the owner in advance (ideal for the keen fisherman). The owners keep unusual breeds of ducks and poultry which roam all around and whenever possible supplies free range eggs (not available during the winter). Some logs are provided on arrival. The yard in front of the barn is used by the family daily when feeding the hens and horses. They may be moving horses or garden machinery or making apple juice and cider next door in the autumn.

Min Y Llyn

Min-y-Llyn is a pretty, stone-fronted, newly built cottage situated in the heart of Llangorse. The house has been superbly built by local craftsmen, paying great attention to good workmanship and using local materials. It is within walking distance of the village shop and pubs. Central village location down a private drive. Ten minutes walk from Llangorse Lake - largest natural lake in South Wales. Ideal location for families and those interested in outdoor activities. Fishing, sailing, canoeing, pony trekking and much more is all available locally. Bird hide on the edge of the lake, Crannog Centre at Llangorse Lake with historical and nature history of the area. Superb views and walks from Mynydd Llangorse to Bwlch - Black Mountains. Brecon 6 miles and Crickhowell 11 miles.

Priory Hill

This delightful cottage pre-dates the main house, which was built in 1750 so it is presumed the cottage dates from the 1600s. It is situated close to the Cathedral and is set within the grounds of Priory Hill House with its high walled garden, giving privacy and quiet, there are views over to The Beacons. The cottage has been furnished and decorated with great attention to details, with exposed beams, subtle colours and added to that the owners of the cottage give a very warm welcome with a generous tray of Welsh Foods and a bottle of wine. The cottage is within a few minutes walk of all the amenities Brecon has to offer.

Nant Y Ffin

This is a very pretty picture book Hansel and Gretel woodland cottage ? set in its own pretty landscaped garden and 30 acres of adjoining farmland belong to the owner of the cottage and beside 2,500 acres of the Crynant Forest with miles of uninterrupted walking or mountain biking. Certainly no need to get in the car except to drive down to the small town of Ystradgynlais (2 miles) to one of the local pubs or a little further to The Brecon Beacons in one direction, only 13 miles to Swansea and The wonderful Beaches of The Mumbles or 7 miles to the Vale of Neath. Cefn Coed Colliery Museum is only 3 miles and Craig-y-nos Country Park and Dan-yr-Ogof Show Caves 7 miles. Remarks: Safe storage for mountain bikes in a lock-up garage on the side of the cottage. Pets welcome but not upstairs. There are some chickens in a pen belonging to the owner - so to be aware for dog owners.

Talybryn Lodge

This easily accessible, delightful Victorian Cottage is with views over looking the Talybont Valley, River Usk and the Mountains. Approximately one mile from Talybont Village with its 4 village pubs and shop; a mile from Bwlch with a shop and post office and village pub. Behind the cottage there are lovely walks up on the The Allt and then on over to Llangorse Lake and Mynydd Llangorse. An excellent Pony Trekking Centre and Climbing Wall nearby. Brecon 8 miles. Comments: the motorway A40 is situated near to the house.

Honeysuckle

Within 3 miles of Hay-on-Wye, this cottage is set beside a minor road leading from Hay along the Wye Valley. Good local walks from the door and a great base for the Golden Valley, Black Mountains and Radnorshire Hills with all the attractions of Hay within 10 minutes.

Lower Swan Bank

This is an ideally situated cottage in Hay-on-Wye, the "Town of Books" and dates back to the 1780's. Just across the road from the cottage is The Swan Hotel and The Pear Tree restaurant and nearby is the famous Cinema bookshop - the largest second hand bookshop in the whole country. So everything is on the doorstep for a most enjoyable visit to this small market town. The road leading to the Gospel Pass, and beautiful and historic Llantony Abbey and the Valley is just a couple of minutes away. The River Wye is at the other of this small town with lovely walks and picnic places along its bank. This is the perfect small cottage for Hay Festival. The owners have a farm near Hay and visitors on discussion with the owners are welcome to walk or watch the wildlife on the farm which has several acres of natural meadows and a great deal of wildlife and natural fauna and flora.

Located close to the beach in a quiet road is this inviting and attractive Victorian house not only offering spacious and flexible family accommodation but also a great outdoor space for sun lovers and barbecue fans alike in the secluded back garden plus a fabulous balcony too! The resort beach is situated right next to the glorious Royal Harbour and Marina. Facilities include First Aid Station, lifeguards, bay inspector/information, beach cafe, deckchairs and sun loungers for hire, shops and children's amusements nearby.

Chesterton

This superb Victorian town house - just yards from the sea, has wonderfully proportioned rooms with high ceilings making it very light and spacious. Beautifully renovated with great attention to detail - many original features have been retained and the eclectic mix of contemporary and period furniture adds great charm to this elegant house. Ramsgate has a great maritime history - the only Royal Harbour in England by the warrant of King George IV - and bang up to date, has hosted the Powerboat and European Waterski championships.

Owl Barn

Owl Barn Cottage has been converted from an original 18th Century Barn and has a wealth of original beams and oak throughout. The barn enjoys uninterrupted views of stunning countryside, woodland and the Black Mountains from all sides. Situated at the end of a long lane (which also leads to the owners farmhouse) there is no through traffic, only the occasional horse hacks past. There are a wide variety of footpaths across the rolling fields with woodland and a nature reserve within a 5 minute stroll. Offas Dyke footpath is nearby and Hergest Ridge; for those who enjoy golf there is the highest course in England to challenge you at Kington only 8 miles away. Fishing permits can also be obtained locally in season. Hay-on-Wye is 6 miles with its books and antique shops.
