Fig Tree Brown Turkey

The most reliable fig for the British climate and easily capable of producing a heavy crop of sweet luscious fruit from late August. Most suited to growing against a south facing wall or fence. Figs are very vigorous once established and are best managed by restricting the roots - ideally grow in a large pot or tub. Will become a handsome specimen in a year or so. We normally despatch bare root fruit trees from late January/early February through to mid/late March. However if conditions are particularly favourable we may start despatching some varieties from mid/late November.

Apple Red Falstaff Tree

Because it is frost resistant and self fertile this proves to be one of the heaviest yielding varieties apple that there is. Produces profuse amounts of blossom and is an excellent pollinator for other varieties. Pick in the second week in October for a wonderful mellow flavour. Stores well often until early March. Highly recommended if you only want one late season apple. Rootstock: M9 - Dwarf Rootstock reaching an approximate height of 8 - 10 feet (2.4 - 3.0 metres). Apple Braeburn Hillwell Tree

This is an improved superior selection of Braeburn with better colour and flavour. The aromatic fruit is sweet crisp and juicy with excellent all round quality. Keeps its super crisp texture in storage and eats well into March and April. Rootstock: M9 - Dwarf Rootstock reaching an approximate height of 8 - 10 feet (2.4 - 3.0 metres). Apple Queen Cox Tree

Cox is perhaps The English Apple and this selection is much easier to grow because of its self-fertility leading to higher yields. It also shows superior skin colour. Produces sweet juicy mouth watering apples and lots of them too! Crops in September and will keep into the New Year. Apple Tree Bramley `Original`

We are delighted to be able to offer trees propagated from the original tree in Nottinghamshire but grafted on a very dwarf rootstock (M27). It might be a couple of years or so before you can start enjoying the authentic taste and texture of the original but we know it will be well worth the wait. Pick from early/mid October. Pear Conference Tree

The country's favourite pear and small wonder as it is so versatile. Delicious and juicy and sweet enough to eat when young and crisp straight from the tree. Very easy to grow with an upright habit. Produces a heavy crop of longish khaki-green fruits. Pick early September for long storage or early October for using fresh. Rootstock: Quince 'A'

Plum Victoria Tree

Probably the nation's favourite fruit tree. Victoria plums are luscious eaten ripe from the tree and superb for jam and stewing. Self-fertile and a good pollinator for other varieties. Pick late August. Rootstock: St.Julian 'A'

Greengage Old Fashioned Tree

Derived from the middle-ages and with such sweet rich flavoured translucent flesh no wonder it is described by RHS experts as the best greengage for excellent old-fashioned flavour! Partially self-fertile in the UK. Rootstock: St.Julian 'A'

Cherry Summer Sun Tree

The UK's most reliable cropper. If you only have space for one cherry - choose this one! Summer Sun will crop heavily even in seasons when others fail. It is particularly suited to gardens as the tree is compact and easily managed. The delicious cherries which ripen from red to almost black will be ready towards the end of July. Rootstock: Gisela 5

Grape Flame Vine

Reliably producing a good crop of exceptionally high quality dessert seedless grapes this variety is often found on supermarket shelves imported from Chile California or South Africa. Grow your own for fresh picked juiciness and flavour and save thousands of ?food miles' too! Best planted against a sheltered south-facing wall or conservatory but will also ripen well in a cool greenhouse. Blueberry Blue Pearl (Regular)

A superb compact Blueberry that has quickly become a great favourite with gardeners who have only limited space to grow lots of this 'superfood' with its high levels of anti-oxidants and anti-cancer agents. Blueberry Blue Pearl (Large)

This recently introduced variety has quickly established itself as our customers' favourite Blueberry especially for gardeners with very little growing space! Blueberry Ozark Blue

This later cropping variety has large firm light blue fruit of excellent quality. It flowers a bit later than Bluecrop and will give consistently high yields later in the season. Grow it in a pot in ericaceous compost where its pretty flowers and foliage can be seen to their best advantage. Supplied as 1L pot grown plants. NB Plant in Ericaceous Compost.

Blueberry Bluecrop

This is a compact variety which is ideal for growing in good-sized patio containers using ericaceous compost. It's also very decorative with clusters of white blossom in spring and glossy green foliage which is at its most attractive as it turns to bronze in autumn. Blueberries are excellent for pies and make delicious jams and preserves. Supplied as 1.5L pot grown plants. NB Plant in Ericaceous Compost.

Cranberry Pilgrim

Cranberries have year-round appeal. Beautiful little plants have dainty pink flowers in midsummer and glossy red berries in autumn. The evergreen leaves turn bronze and finally rich red in autumn and winter. Acid loving plants with a trailing habit eminently suited to container growing. They will trail beautifully in hanging baskets. Must be grown in ericaceous compost or lime free soil.

Redcurrant Cordon Rovada

If space is limited in your garden why not try growing a Cordon Redcurrant? Specially grown and shaped on the nursery so it will take up the minimum of space in your garden yet still produce good yields of high quality fruit. Cordon bushes have a main central stem with short branches growing from it rather than non-cordon bushes which are multi-stemmed from the base. Ideal for growing in a pot on the patio. Height when supplied approximately 1m.

Gooseberry Hinnonmaki Yellow

A very hardy mid-season gooseberry which reliably produces a heavy crop year after year. The medium to large greenish-yellow fruit has an excellent sweet aromatic flavour with a hint of apricot and has good disease resistance.

Gooseberry Invicta

Crops twice as heavily as all other varieties with large pale green berries. Highly resistant to mildew. Excellent choice for cooking freezing and jam as the fruit holds its shape and colour well. Ready for picking from late May.
